Really nice hotel and very helpful and friendly staff. Nice room. Only downside was the tv didn’t work. It was late so we didn’t really try and solve it.

The front desk was not accomodating. I had 2 different bookings requested to stay the same room but she declined right away.

One night stay in this modern, clean, and comfortable Hampton Inn. The complimentary warm cookies at 7PM are a welcoming treat for the guests. The staff is attentive and helpful. Comfortable beds. Small fridge, coffee machine and microwave in the room; ice maker down the hallway.

I loved the fact you can walk to restaurants

Very clean. Nice room. Breakfast was meh. (standard fare) No recycle bins anywhere.

Everything at this property was fine. I believe the hot breakfast could have been better but everything else was fine.

I have been staying in Hampton Inn hotels for 30 yrs and I have to say the smell in this hotel room and hotel was so musty , I couldn’t wait to leave , honestly it was so bad . I was told it’s a very new hotel. You really need to fix this

Very helpful and friendly staff

The only problem for my family and me was there wasn’t an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Everything else was great. The Staff was excellent!! The rooms and what I seen of the hotel was very clean.

The property is fine. However, I was trying to get my husband to a Kennedy Space tour. I recently had heart surgery so not able to do the tour... was hoping we could check in early... there were rooms available but would have to wait to noon and pay $50 ... this would have been no skin off their nose and would have given my husband a bucket list experience. We are 77 and most likely the last time we will be here. Just felt it wouldn't have anyone to have given me a place to rest while he went to the Kennedy Center.... instead we went to an airplane museum and I sat in the car to kill time until we could get into our room. By the way, we have not had any trouble checking in early anywhere else as long as they have had a room that was not occupied the night before. Everything else was great.

Very clean rooms as a professional housekeeper I was making sure the room was clean. Also the staff found a card that was left behind and called to let us know as soon as they found it. The front staff was very helpful in finding a place to shop for a night out. Thanks Guys

We enjoyed very much our stay at the Hampton Inn Titusville. Although one of the couples with us had some difficulties with their room (they had requested a room through Hotels.com for a disabled person and what they needed was not available upon arrival), the hotel did their best to help. We were only 20 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center, so it was very convenient. Thanks.

Great location, easy to get in and out. Breakfast spread was better than i expected. Staff was great when i called saying i was late.

Very clean room

Found a bed bug in the morning crawling on the top sheet. Went down and talked to the front desk and showed them a picture. They apologized and when we said we wanted a refund, he said I would have to talk to the manager the next day. On our way home, we received a call, again apologizing saying they would issue a refund in the next week. Two and half weeks go by and no refund. I call the hotel today and they said there were no bed bugs in the room when they inspected. I told them we had pictures and they argued it wasn’t a bed bug and it must be something else. I wasn’t going to give a bad review if they were going to take care of the issue, but to basically be called a liar, after having 5 -7 bites, I have to post this.

Really liked this hotel. Service was very good. Only issue was cost of pet. Very expensive for 1 night. Triple what othera charge. Fee is good for more than 1 night, but we were only there f9r the 1 night.

We are Hampton Inn loyalist where ever we travel. We arrived to Florida a couple of days ahead of our scheduled vacation in Cocoa Beach due to Hurricane Idalia. We have stayed at this hotel in the past and booked last minute. Seamless quick check in. Was told housekeeping may be light the next day depending on the storm. Was given extra linens just in case. Breakfast day 1 consisted of western omelette, homestyle potatoes, pork sausage patties, boiled eggs, oatmeal, fresh muffins, fresh fruit mix, bagels, waffles, cereals & yogurts. Day 2 was a repeat except omelettes were egg white only omelettes and kielbasa was swapped for the sausage patties. Rocco kept everything full and fresh. On day 1 some guests came down right at the end of breakfast hours at 10 and when they turned to leave she insisted they take a seat and made sure they had everything they wanted for breakfast made fresh. We travel quite a bit between NYC and Florida and this experience ranks up close to the top. The staff kept us informed of weather updates, any impacts it was going to have on the hotel or staff, made sure we had everything we needed and dropped milk bones off for our service dog. We had a great experience and would definitely stay again.
