In my opinion, this is not a 5 star hotel. When we checked in there was no information about the hotel, amenities or property told to us. We had to guess everything. I also dislike there was no outdoor space for a coffee or breakfast. The pool and the pool area was OK. Nothing aesthetic about it. Is there a concierge? We didn’t see one. No help with luggage. Also the signs are lacking especially tough when you aren’t told about the property.

Where do I begin… the navigation to the hotel was a bit off especially from parking to hotel. Self check in isn’t clear as one doesn’t get clear notifications that has occurred. Smokey Smokey and more second hand smoke. An establishment that rakes in this much revenue can create a better exhaust system. From restaurants to shops be prepared to pay ultra top dollar. Casino game play gave the impressions that the house never ever loses but I think the fact that my room’s view faced a roof and partial top level garage. The rooms were dusty, and the mattress in need of a flip or replacement. Overall a good experience but nothing grand here.

We ended up having to pay a premium for our stay because of the weekend. Between the three calls asking for the tv to work, the questionable cleanliness of the room (think stains on the chairs, hairs that weren’t ours, dirty switches and faucets, and dust everywhere) and the internet constantly dropping it was not a great stay.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The main entrance was beautifully decorated and the main areas were very clean.
The bathroom fixtures are aging a bit and were wobbly but worked perfectly. The only small issue in a wonderful hotel.

It will be nice to have a power or USB outlet on or around the bedside table. Coffee packs in the room were horrible. Need a quite a bit of quality improvement.
Smoking section of the casino needs to have a fan to get rid of the smoke quickly

The hotel is nice, but the room wasn’t cleaned very well. The chairs in the room had stains and the room had a weird smell. They don’t allow guest to connect to streaming services such as Hulu and Netflix as most hotels do. They don’t have cable and only have movies available for $15. The valet staff at the registers weren’t very nice, but the drivers were great. Overall, my stay was just okay. For the money I had hoped to have a better experience.

The Borgata used to be a place I enjoyed. Now everything is way more over priced than ever. Service was not great. Room service is barely open and when it is they leave you on hold forever. Once I was on hold so long when they came back they said they were closed. This casino needs to go back to the old ways when they put people first. And there’s no entertainment during the week.

Great gambling area with a variety of limits starting as low as $15. Hotel and room was clean, well taken care of with good security. Excellent service from all the employees - quick, accommodating, and professional. Wish there were more shops and stores, but what was there was good. Nice indoor pool with hot tub. Excellent gym. Would definitely come back.

Everything was clean and neat as always. It might be helpful for them to have family floors and non family floors.... at least for while kids are out of school. I was woken up everyday at 7am by kids running and screaming up n down the hallway... for HOURS. I had to get security to get them to stop!

Did not get the king bed that I reserved instead we stayed in a room with two queens. Then at checkout there was a surprise $35 a night fee for the resort. Otherwise great place to stay.

I love the fact that the hotel is at distance from board walk. Making it very private. Hotels near boardwalk everyone can enter. Also very clean excellent service. Wonderful resort.

I don't want to be too critical but there was no liquid soap in the shower and the toilet did not flush. This was not really discovered until the next morning and there really was no point contacting them about this. The only other observation was that the TV flickered in and out and "pixilated" quite a bit. This is not an inexpensive hotel (>$500) on a Saturday night.

We stayed here for my mother's birthday me, my mother and my daughter. Unfortunately, no upgrades or anything for her birthday and I hate that the BEDS are so UNCOMFORTABLE and HARD. Next time we will try the MGM Water club side, and if not then we will stay in a stay well room instead of a regular room. I think they have premium beds and bedding which have to be better, but the pillows are Awesome, love those if we can just get a better mattress on the bed that would be the Best! Overall had a great time and the food at American Bar and Grille was Delicious and worth every penny. Will visit again soon (Water club).
