Stay was a very good experience, the entire staff was pleasant, some went beyond the norm especially Camille, Ms Jones and Hyacinth. It was my birthday weekend and I felt like extended family. My they all continue to prosper, I can't remember all the names but I am appreciative to all.

Lovely rooms and location made disappointing by Incredibly rude unresponsive staff. Made numerous attempts to communicate by phone, email and hotels.com site and app but they never once replied. On arrival they tried to charge me extra for my friend even though I had pre warned them. They made us both feel very unwelcome. They denied receiving any of my messages. Won’t use hotels.com or come here again. Then the TV and various other things didn’t work. Such a shame as lovely place otherwise.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpfully. They provided good information on entertainment and places to eat offsite. The beach was amazing! I really wanted to extend my stay. Thank you!

Love the bungalow style and be so close to the beach.
Restaurant/bar was great (we had dinner, cocktail and breakfast).
Floating devices available to use for free at the beach and pool. Parking included.

Close to the beach, lovely breakfast, polite, welcoming and informed staff. Would be nice to have a bottle of water in the bedroom on arrival.

Loved our little cabin. Staff was amazing. Food was amazing. Drinks were amazing. Hot water, great water pressure, shampoo and body wash. Very clean room and property. Coffee maker in our room which was a huge plus for me. WiFi was excellent, even worked on the beach. I would highly recommend to friends, family…anyone!

Lovely hotel with private beach. Staff is very friendly and nice. There is service at the beach which makes it unnecessary to leave. However, the food quality is not so good. We really didn’t like the food so we went out to get something proper.
Also, margeritaville is right next door so we had very very loud music in our room on Friday night until 2 am.

This was my 5th stay at the hotel and it was not what i am used to. having heard my favorite bartender was gone and then seeing that the amazing operations manager was terminated... it explained why my service was so poor. I have to give this break for a while to see how things go..

Ive been to 3 resorts on seven mile beach this week. This place has the best food, nicest rooms. The shopping mall is across the street. The only thing that needs improvement is the wifi coverage.

This property sits right on the beach. My cottage was a minute walk at most to the bar and ocean front. The staff was friendly and helpful as my flight was changed to an arrival time before check-in. They were more than accommodating. The hotel is across from a plaza that has everything that you could need.

We loved the central location! We were a few steps from the beach! The staff was very attentive and friendly! The place was easy to settle into and become relaxed! We felt at home in these cool cottages. We would recommend this small resort!

This was my first time at CC and won't be my last. All the staff were very nice people that I enjoyed getting to know during my stay. The bar, dining staff, front desk, maids, etc., all top notch.

If i could give country country 10 stars i would! The property is very well kept the cottages are perfect size and feel like home. The staff from check in to check out were so nice and enjoyable to talk with. A big thank you to the kitchen and bar staff your food and drinks are impressive. Thank you also to lee who always made sure we were happy with everything and knowledgeable about helping us find a cottage for our next stay there.

Country Country really embodies the beach town charm of Negril. Beautiful grounds, right in the middle of the Seven Mile Beach strip. The accommodations were more on the modest side (water pressure of the shower not the best, towels not super bright white), so if those things are dealbreakers for you, this place might not be a good fit. But if you want to be on the beach and get quality accommodations for a good value, it’s a great choice.

A Beautiful property right on the 7 mile beach area. Bar drinks prices could be lower but restaurant serves great food.

I loved the beach cottage suite with its own balcony. Room was nice. Property is boutique so not too much walking to get to pool, beach, dining. Staff was very friendly and professional on set.
It was an excellent place for a short getaway for me and my 2 sons.
