Check in was great. Hotel is run down and needs upgrading. Room looks nothing like pictures. Room was run down and dirty. There was a foul smell that wouldn't go away. I even bought air fresheners

This was a terrible place to stay. Nothing like the pictures offered online. I would never stay here again . The staff was friendly.

Staff hella rude and aggressive. Calls police on guest for an item that was broken by mistake!

Stayed in a room with a king size bed that was actually pretty nice(comfort) and clean. But the bathroom and kitchen area could use some renovation. And when I took a shower it sounded like a semi truck horn blowing the whole time. Also the clean towels where not clean looking at all. Bathroom surfaces had some areas missed of cleaning.

The best way to describe this hotel is you must ask for "everything". The first thing I encountered was there was no toilet paper in the bathroom and no tissues available as well. I also had to ask for shampoo and was told it was available only "upon request" at the front desk, This also included a water cup needed to take my medications. The bathroom floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned recently.
Grab & go breakfast consisted of of snack bar, mini muffin and coffee, I was surprised they offered cups.
Pass this place by!

The staff was great that’s the only reason I was able to tolerate it for the 1 hour I spent there.

Dirty would be an understatement for this property as soon as you walk in it smells like trash and the walls by the elevator are disgusting. We were suppose to stay 5 night but Checked out a few hrs later. The toilet had hair on the seat and bowl, the sink was dirty and had hair, the mirror had writhing on it that was not wiped, the shower was filthy how can you get clean in there??? The kitchen wasn’t bad but dirty. The drawers and stands were dirty as well. The whole place was beyond disgusting but the staff was beyond kind and understanding. Was given a refund and I booked elsewhere.

I had 3 rooms for 3 nights. All rooms were absolutely disgusting. We were moved to 3 other rooms and they were no better. There were multiple bugs running around, the countertops still had food on them. The hotel was also housing the homeless in multiple rooms. One day the water was turned off for 6 hours. Expedia did not disclose any of this when the rooms were booked. This experience was so bad, our company will no longer be using Expedia for our travel arrangements.

I was placed on the second floor 230 to be exact, and the room was one of the worse rooms I've stayed in.
The room smelt of old dingy cigarette smoke and the overall cleanliness of the room was a 2 out of 10. I asked to be placed in another room, patty at the front desk was kind enough to place me on the 3rd floor in a room 100 times cleaner and I was able to enjoy the rest of my stay comfortably.

There were items on top of the cabinets that seemed like they were placed there like it was being saved. The tub has parts missing. Under the beds were dirty. Worst place i ever booked

First of all. The hotel has cancelled my reservation saying that they overbooked and Expedia was supposed to have let me know. I was finally able to convenience front desk person to give us the last room available she was holding for another party.
When we got into the room it smelled soooo bad! Like something had died in there. The carpets were filthy, table and side tables had burn marks on them from so no smoking, kitchen walls had grease, bathroom shower curtain was mildewed, ceiling just above the bed had blood like look ( most likely blood!) scattered in various places.
I traveled with my 12 year old daughter so she could attend a concert. We both were so comfortable staying there but did not have another place because we weee from out of town and did not have a car.
This hotel needs to be investigated right away!!!! There is no way anyone should stay there and pay over $200 a night!

I normally don’t complain but this hotel was very dirty, i found a hair on my bed and the room has a terrible smell. The towels were dirty as well the whole room was just gross and i didn’t feel comfortable at all i wouldn’t stay here again and i don’t recommend staying here.

There were roaches in the fridge and no accommodation for the inconvenience. I ended up asking for disinfectant and cleaning myself. After I saw that, decided I would never book here again! People should take more time into making sure rooms are properly cleaned. The furniture was old and breaking down, definitely not what was shown in the pictures

Dirty rooms, dirty carpet, room smells awful even if you open the window, the next day when you come in it still smells really bad. They don’t give you shampoo unless you go downstairs and get it. They don’t have any dishes in the rooms you have to pick them up at the lobby. The walls are full of grime, the headboards are Aldo dirty - all of the light switches are just gross full of black grime imbedded into them. I think they may even have bedbugs, I woke up with bites on the back of my neck. Continental breakfast means granola bars, oatmeal packages and coffee. One day they didn’t even have it set up yet. I’m sure the people who work here are doing their best, ( which they were so sweet) but who ever owns this should be ashamed of themselves to call themselves a business owner.

Tha carpet in the hall was black as tar in 80% of the area. When the ac unit came on there was a strong urine smell. I sprayed some cologne in the vents but it didn't help' I turned it off. It appeared that the bed linen was not replaced. I asked for some more. I had to ask morer than once. It was given to me and I put it on the bed. the area by the elevator was not vacuum during my stay. the same debris was there when I checked out. I was told If i didn't want to stay there I would have to get my refund through Expedia because my card had been charged. Etc. Never again

I enjoyed my stay. Made breakfast lunch and dinner thanks to extended stay America having a kitchenette. My dog Milo was happy he got to be in AC all day. I enjoyed my overall experience.

My stay at Extended Stay America in Carson, CA was a nightmare. Lack of concern for guests was evident from the start with trash in the parking lot and broken screens. The room had a dead cockroach, leftover food, and a terrible smell. Breakfast was a joke, and service was abysmal. Despite promises, our keycard issue wasn't resolved. Avoid this hotel!

Front desk employee checked me in as if he was cracking Davinci’s code, but he was welcoming nonetheless. Whole facility smelled like marijuana throughout the stay, specifically near the front desk. The room didn’t have toilet paper, had to go ask in which the staff promptly provided it. Room looked as if someone had previously domesticated a mountain lion in it. Floor and bath tub has outlines of red spray paint on them, over spray from a recent tenants project maybe. Overall, will avoid staying here again.

The property was walking distance to Dignity Health Sports arena (20 minutes) which was convenient. The property itself was older and unkept except for newer floors. The shower smelled of urine, the walls are thin and I could hear people arguing next door and across the hall. There were parked vehicles outside that looked to have been there months, possibly inoperable. The breakfast was an individually packaged muffin or oatmeal and bad coffee. The saving grace was Kenye at the front desk who was a sweetheart. Overall it was poor for the price. I’ve had a lot better for less.

This was a horrible room mildew all over the bathroom in the shower refrigerator was so dirty bugs crawling on the ceiling it was bad hallways floor real dirty this don’t make any sense how this hotel is like that y’all need to get this together especially for that price
