I was disappointed the hot tub wasn't open, but it was ok. For the price, this stay is what it is, the bed was comfy, and it was convenient to meet people for drinks then just walk upstairs. I almost missed the "breakfast" station, which was an empty pot of coffee and a cooler with sandwiches and yogurt.

The staff here were very unfriendly and the hotel is not in good condition.

The room wasn't the cleanest and the heater stopped working and I had to change rooms, it was -33 outside!!!!

Decapitating hotel looks unsafe and have to been maintained. Sheets, bathroom and room are dirty and lights are either missing bulbs or falling apart

Was not friendly and was rushed at check in. Beds are hard as a rock, stains on blankets, a/c doesn’t work, is a pet friendly hotel but no grassy area to take our dog potty

It took 45 minutes to get us checked in and we were the only people in the lobby. He either didn't know what he was doing or they have a terrible system. The room is so gross. Blood stains on the carpet that look fairly fresh. Mold in the bathroom and the beds were terrible. I never leave reviews but I want people to know that the name Wyndham means nothing. Pictures were taken probably 20 years ago. We needed something close to the hospital and an unexpected trip. Locations and availability is what gave us little options for me and my girls.

Our room was already occupied when our door pass was used. This could have led to a serious event. It did not but have not ever experienced this before.

The front desk did even acknowledge us when we were standing at the desk… they had us wait while they took money to the casino. The room was dark, dirty and dated. The kick boards were stapled to the wall, the shower was dirty, the curtain was falling off the hooks and there was a hole in the ceiling from a leak. The floor in both the hallway and the room was dirty and hadn’t been vacuumed. It wasn’t definitely not what was portrayed in the photos.

Would you believe that there was holes in the sheets and when we brought the problem to the attention of the hotel staff they offered us a change of sheets if we would remake the bed ourselves! This is by far the worst place we have ever stayed in !

I didn’t use all the amenities, but for sleeping and bathing, there were no issues. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. More than adequate at a great price point.

With a two week stay Staff only cleans and changes bedding by request at the front desk in the mornings , but nobody ever seemed to be there. Cobb-webs on the ceiling, Toilet ran all night, dirty carpets. But the price stayed in budget. No breakfast.

I would stay here again the property is all but clean. The staff was great. Would stay next time I’m in town.

Tub was so slimy that we couldn’t use it. The microwave had fried rice dried in it. Had to clean it before we could use it. The gal working the bar working the bar when we first got there, didn’t want to be bothered by us old ladies. She had to leave for a family emergency. The woman who took over was amazing. We got stuck up on the third floor. Tripped in the sagging floors numerous times. We frequent this establishment at least yearly, and this was the only time we’ve been unhappy.

Stay was ok people were grate.. only problem was a lot of stuff was broken curtains were broken in the roo.m bed was broken cut my leg on a piece of metal sticking out of the bed frame. Problem with the wiring in the room hotel to old for all the new devices. Staff on the other had were great help the best

first room we they gave me the room was not cleaned i went in to a unmade bed and dirty towels on the bathroom floor and counter then the second room had some kind of crumbs and sticky stuff on both night stands,black mold on the shower curtain,busted up dresser,busted curtains hanging down and dirty carpet my company got the room or i would have never stayed there

This place was filthy and completely run down. The first room they assigned us to hadn’t been cleaned yet and the dirty sheets were on a broken chair in the corner, the mattress was hanging off that bed frame, the drapes were almost off and pictures were off the wall. The hallway had a horrible smell. The next room she put us in was ready for guests apparently but the carpet was dirty and hadn’t been vacuumed behind the chair in quite a long time-it was bad! I’m a country girl-used to not nice things, but this place was bad! I was actually scared to touch anything! It was like a place you see in the movies that charges by the hour! We didn’t stay and I am waiting and hoping that Expedia does the right thing with refunding our money! I actually thought this might be a nice place because the cost was more than a it was at Shilo or a Days Inn!

Very friendly staff!!

No pool! It was drained. No good breakfast or water! There was only a few snack offered in the morning. There seemed to be a low staffing issue. Bed sheets were dirty/stained and did not feel like the safest part of town. There was multiple guys walking around the front of the hotel which made me feel uncomfortable. Overall poor experience.

Check in was about four minutes. Room was comfortable and quiet. I forgot my toothbrush and the front desk employee said they didn't have any to give out. He said, "A lot of people ask for toothbrushes all the time, but we don't have any." Please consider carrying a few of those items that people tend to forget. Most motels do carry them, even a Motel 6 I stayed at in the past. Thank you.

It is a hell hole. Filthy, filthy, filthy. Nothing works.poop on the floor along with trash.Experienced two different rooms. Have a whole list of filth we had. Need to permanently close the place. Advertised a pool and permanently closed.

Entire place has an odd smell, had to wait 1 1/2 hours before my room was ready, room is clean but dirty bathroom. Will probably not choose a Howard Johnson in the future

Overall the staff were very accommodating and great to work with. We arrived and the beds in the room were dirty there was dog hair left on everything. We asked for bedding change and one of the rooms we had needed to be swapped for a different room cuz it was just too dirty and gross. At about 8:00 AM we had ding dong ditchers on both of our hotel doors. We had people running back and forth and pounding on our doors. We also had somebody call our rooms and wake us up about the same time that the ding dong ditch was happening. As soon as we would get up to go pick up the phones the phone would stop ringing. Not sure if this was something that happened due to the staff being upset that we were complaining about the cleanliness of the rooms? It seems weird that we couldn't see anybody and my child even waited by the door for over an hour waiting for it to happen again and it never did. We never saw anybody so I'm curious if it was staff playing games???? Weird older outdated and run down hotel. They have a full bar and casino in the building and a lot of weird activity in the parking lot late at night because of it.

The staff was friendly enough. The room was okay. The bed looked clean and the bathroom was clean enough. The carpet in the room was gross, I felt like I had to wear shoes the entire time. You could also hear everything through the walls. The breakfast was a joke. I guess "on-the-go breakfast" is code for a juice box and a yogurt from a mini fridge in the lobby. As far as property ambiance, the guy grilling burgers on a mini grill outside his room in the parking lot was a nice touch. You get what you pay for here.

the swimming pool was not available and hasnt been since covid. update your website, room was not cleaned for second day stay breakfast was a joke, went across to Albertsons for a donut and fruit. will not recommend to anyone.

You get what you pay for. The price was cheap and so was the experience. Breakfast - frozen Jimmy Dean sandwiches, yogurt, juice and Quaker Oat bars is not a great breakfast. The building smelled like someone was growing marijuana in there and then sprayed too air freshener to cover up the pot smell. The room should have been vacuumed-had dog food or treats on the floor when we checked in. Not the worst place I have ever stayed, but definitely not the best.
