Loved the shuffle to the mountain. All the drivers super friendly and helpful. The hot tub and views are amazing. Our second time and we will be back!

This hotel is nicer than most who are in the pedestrian village. Bathrooms and kitchenette are new and luxurious. It looks new. Very well maintained. Very clean, quiet. Staff is welcoming.

This is a cool little chateau with close access to the mountain. Very big and clean rooms. Unfortunately for us, the shuttle was out of service, the vending machine was out of order, no waters in the rooms, and the hot tub was moderately warm at best. In addition, the staff wasn’t the friendliest and doesn’t even greet you when you walk in the door.

Booked for outdoor spa…spa was refilled earlier and too cold when opened

It was like being home away from home. The staff was kind and helpful. The games room was an added bonus. We can't wait to come back.

Not bad, we did not expect much, went skiing not on the hotel much. Hot tub was not hot. Multiple phone calls to the reception were not answered and nobody called back.

Need some cleaning attention for bedding. Multiple items doesn't work properly in the room.

I check in at 4pm. I get in my room. Safe not working. I call front desk and they tell me that they cant help me cause maintenance already left for the day. All it needed was batteries. So she tells me that they will send someone the next day to fix it. Next days comes nobody came. Next day after nobody again. 4th day still no one. Service is terrible. I use to come to this place 6 to 10 times a year but no more. Since it has been new management the place took 10 thumbs down. We are looking for a better place to stay

Noisy - very thin walls. Could hear everything. Broken glass on floor and in dishwasher. Dishwasher caked with white slimy residue. Bed comfy, outdoor hot tub a nice treat. Plenty of sleeping options/areas. Our room had 2 bathrooms which was great. Bathrooms very clean and well stocked. Kitchenette well stocked.

Nice property. I am the 2nd time here. The only issue is the bar is not open every day and closes very early, at 10pm, the rest is excellent!!!!

Quiet property, suitable for family of 6 in one unit

We are returning visitors to the hotel, including our extended family as well. This is my second time staying at the Chateau and the change in management is very evident through the quality of our stay, this second time around vs. what we have personally experienced in the past. Magaly and the three shuttle drivers were absolutely incredible and the only people at the hotel who treated us with kindness and the hospitality we deserved. Here are only some of the grievances we experienced: - Front desk complained about other guests and not being able to go to the restroom for 3 hours to me, which was extremely unprofessional and deterred me from asking for anything that was lacking in the room -Asked for towels and was told that the hotel doesn’t have capability to wash towels for all the guests. We were three people staying for three days and there weren’t enough towels in the room to begin with. - Hot tub was not working the first night without a notice of when it would be fixed - Was misled about ski rental service not operating at the hotel - I Had to ask 2x and wait one hour for the Murphy bed to be brought down, which impacted our sleep schedule - Asked for robes and the front desk continued to insist that she already gave me the robe when in fact I did not get any robe. I tried to give this feedback to the management and only Magaly from the front desk reached out. I never got a call from her management to offer resolution, which I expect as a returning guest.

Very well affordable and nice amenities come with it.

Was no hot water for two days , stuff was not helpful , we stayed for 4 days and no one clean our room . Never come back to this hotel .

It was just wonderful. No detail was overlooked or neglected by this hotel's staff. We stayed at a family suite that was equipped with everything from A to Z, whether kitchen utensils, dishes or complimentary bath and kitchen products (no tea though, bring your own!). The room was immaculately clean, modern, the linens were luxurious, with plentiful towels, robes, etc. Murphy bed is a brilliant solution to provide a luxurious additional bed and to free up space during the day. If I were to offer a suggestion it would be to include a sealing strip on bathroom's and bedroom's French doors. The facilities were up to par: large game room, interior pool, large outdoor hot tub. Everything was clean and a pleasure to use. The ski storage required asking front desk staff to lock/unlock it. Complimentary shuttle was prompt and arrived within minutes. Thank you very much, everyone and especially Patrick, who provided a lot of guidance and help prior and during our stay.
