We come stay here always..We love the area for its convenience the service an people here are so friendly and accommodating.What times we are up for breakfast its always Amazing.We are usually always sleeping in lol.. We try coming once or twice a month and ALWAYS pick Here to stay.There are so many things to do in the area.We visit Alot of Antique stores in the area.The staff are always happy to see us back ..

Disappointing experience for a Holiday Inn Express. Damage to the blind let bright light into the room all night. Cheap plastic toilet seat was not properly attached to the toilet, so slid around. Toilet paper holder hanging off the wall and the bathroom walls were in poor condition with sloppy caulk repairs.

Nice area close to gas stations restaurants and shopping mall next door. Not as clean as prior holiday inns we have stayed in hair in the tub and behind the door on the floor mold on the ceiling in the bathroom carpets not vacuumed in the hallways

Upon check in, clerk argued with me. I was supposed to have a handicap shower and didn't, but he took care of that after asking for a shower chair they probably didn't have. Chair in one room had food and stains on it as if it was forgotten during cleaning. My room had mold in the shower. I've stayed in worse but not what I expect from Holiday Inn Express.

This is the halfway point of our trip and this hotel is quite convenient. The breakfast is good, the rooms fairly spacious and the front desk available. The AC is very loud. We are in and out so I can't say much about the other facilities. The hotel is tired and could use some reno, but is pretty clean.

I tried to check in at 2:55 and was told NO rooms were available to check in. I had a meeting at 4 so I wanted to freshen up, told I could use bathroom in common area. Come out a few mins later and they were checking people in. Like magically they have 4 rooms ready. One older lady must checkin every Sunday, as the young man mentioned he knew who she was as she checks in every Sunday. The room was dated but fine. Housekeeping starting at 7:00 is ridiculous. I was jolted awake at 7 by the housekeeper right outside my door vacuuming. Scared me so bad. The breakfast was awful. Either out completely, cold or the biscuits hard as a rock. I would look else where for a better place to stay.

The parking is a disaster at this hotel!! Companies should be told to park large vehicles/trucks in the rear parking lot and not behind other vehicles. Otherwise, it's a great hotel. Breakfast was delicious every morning and more than expected for a hotel breakfast.

Whenever I book a hotel I always filter to find hotels with a hot tub. Their website shows a hot tub was available. I was very upset when we get checked in and was informed the hot tub was removed last year. Update your website if an amenity is not available. I would not have booked this hotel if I had known a hot tub was not available

The property is "3" floor, the 1st floor being in the basement. Our view was of a weed infested area by out window. However, the shade would not go up so we could not get in natural light.

Location is find if you need to stay overnight, but I would not recommend staying here more than one night. Not very clean, black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, and didn't seem like a safe area.

The check in was great. Excellent customer service and they corrected an error that hotels.com neglected to take care of. The room is very run down and was not clean. The toilet paper and tissues were not stocked. Not a great feeling during times of covid.

Clerk was training a new employee .. Great to see! Things didn’t go smoothly, but I understand .. All the employees were extremely friendly .. Breakfast was Great! Somebody needs to take a look at the plants growing up around the air conditioning at the rear of the building .. see you next time .. Dan

Good clean hotel. The area is close to the lake and some dated shopping. Not any restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was sufficient. Room was clean and quiet. A/c worked great. If I had to go again, I would look for a better area. The staff was fantastic which made the stay much better.

The first room we were put in had mold on the bathroom ceiling. It was obvious that the hotel knew about the mold because white pain was haphazardly put over only the spots with mold, which was now showing through because pain doesn’t cover up a mold issue. They didn’t even bother to use the same green paint as the rest of the bathroom. There were also obvious areas of disrepair in the bathroom. The carpets looked like they’ve never been cleaned. When I pointed out the mold to the front desk, I was told that they were in the process of repainting and just hadn’t got to the room yet. (Again, just covering up mold temporarily, not fixing it). The room we were moved to was better, other than the overbearing sent of Fabuloso…which doesn’t disinfect anything, only covers with a unbearably strong perfume scent. Oh, and the roach legs in the bathroom were just a bonus in addition to the stained carpet.

The hotel needs updating. The carpet is old, the hallways are not flat, the walls are falling apart in places, and there was a bullet hole in our window. This location sits between a liquor store and in indoor firing range. The room with the indoor pool needs much better ventilation as it was too hot and muggy to sit in. The beds were more comfortable than some other hotels and the breakfast had a nice variety

Hallway carpet stained and worn. Poor room lighting. No desk lamp. No room cleaning or bed makeup service for a 4 night stay. Breakfast was nominal but expected. Property and lodging does not support the rates charged.

We were very disappointed in our stay. The hot tub was boarded up. Parking was limited and very difficult to maneuver in a large truck. Also, we needed to check out a day early and hotel refused to work with us and was going to charge us penalties which equaled more than just staying as planned. We will not stay here again!

False advertising. There was no room service. The hot tub you see in the pictures is not even there when you get there. The breakfast was subpar at best with what looked like microwave cooked food. The bathtub plug was broken and I couldn’t take a bath. And the a/c won’t let you turn it lower than 68 or 69. Will most likely just stick with Airbnb from now on. Not worth the over $100 a night.
