This was my first stay at the property and I will not return. First off I was placed in the most awkward hotel room I have ever seen. As a female traveling alone I felt very uncomfortable in this room. Even though the front desk tried to "sell" this room from the very beginning as a fun room that will feel like I'm not even staying in a hotel room. I soon requested to be moved, which even though they seemed a bit put out they complied. The room I was moved to was much better, felt more like a traditional hotel room and I was much more comfortable. Unfortunately it was extremely loud. I know there isn't much you can do about this but the road noise was just awful. The fridge, best I could tell, made a heck of a racket for some time and the heat unit was very loud when it turned on and off. The room was right by a secondary exit/entrance door so I had the pleasure of hearing that slam on and off all evening. Overall not my best hotel experiance.

Quiet. Very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast selections.

Haven't stayed here in a long time. The hotel had gotten very run down, but we decided to give it another shot. Looks like they got it updated and it was a good stay. We will be back.

People were really nice, breakfast was okay, property around the hotel was deep gras not mowed, and beds were hard.

Hard bed. Hard pillows. Temperature hot cold. Holiday inn is no longer on our stay list

Nice property. Staff is professional

The hotel overall was clean. Our room had beer cup under the edge of the bed and trash. It was very loud. The hotel is next to the highway and you can hear the trucks all night long. The people next to us had loud music until 3 am and the people above us were stomping around until around 1 am.

We didn’t realize it had been updated, so what a surprise when we walked in! It is truly beautiful since the last time we stayed. And we got to swim in the pool on the very last day it was open, prior to their coming upgrade. The kids thought it was great that they could swim with the turtles one more time before they were gone. :-) I only have one suggestion with the pool upgrade, that the flooring be less slippery than the tile that was there previously… Just in the couple of days that we were around the pool, there were many falls and none of them were from running. Overall we had a fantastic time, had lots of inclusions that we didn’t realize were available, and the staff was wonderful. Thank you so much, we will be back! :-)

easy to get a room, staff very kind, helpful and nice. beds were a little hard, had trouble sleeping. The bathtub was very slick, but we put a towel down inside the tub and didn't slid around. the room was nice and well equipted. enjoyed out stay .

Great staff, kids loved the pool, breakfast was very well done. Rooms were kinda stuffy and air conditioner struggled to keep room at a cool temp. But would stay again anytime.

In town for High School reunion, other classmates stayed at this hotel. Breakfast was great with plenty of seating and coffee/juice. Very friendly staff!

Initially my arrival was great, until I used the bathroom sink. They are remodeling the hotel and when they attached the sink pipes to the new sink, they forgot to put in a gasket. They weren’t able to fix it that night, so I kept a trash can under the sink to catch the water when I used the sink. The next morning I noticed a hair on the shower wall. I just rinsed it down. I was asked the next day about my check-in by Hotels.com and I gave my honest rating. It was immediately passed on to the hotel manager. She called me to apologize and ask if I’d like to be moved to another room. The maintenance had already been there to fix the pipe, so I declined. She was kindly insistent that she would like to make my stay better and asked if I would consider moving to a king suite with a jacuzzi tub. Initially I declined, saying “wouldn’t you rather have someone pay full price for that room, instead of letting me have it?” She was very nice and told me that she would rather that I enjoy my stay. So they moved me to the suite, which was really nice. She was right! I very much did enjoy my stay and would stay there again if I am ever in Woodward, OK. Even my initial room was super comfortable. The beds and pillows are great. Plenty of room. The bathrooms are great as well. Especially the bathroom with the jacuzzi tub. There was another TV in that bathroom. Thank you for such a great stay!!

This hotel was in a very good condition. Looks very clean and new compare to other locations in the same chain. Very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms.

The front desk clerk, Sherry, was great. She took lots of extra time trying to find us the handicap room that we thought we reserved. EXPEDIA'S reservation information was was NOT correct. More precise information is needed on your reservation site about the varies handicap rooms.
