Dirty, sketchy area and patrons, avoid at all costs!

Can't beat the price, and there's a market, restaurants, and a bar right next door. I didn't like the constant foot traffic at night from sketchy guests but overall decent hotel for the price

This place was dirty, trashy and filthy. Rooms were poorly maintained, very old carpeting and bedding. Minimal furniture in bad condition. Shower and bathroom was soo bad I didn’t even want to use them. There was at least 2 inches of open spacing to the outside where the air conditioning fit poorly. Would never, ever stay there again!

It was run down and smelled bad in the room. The cleaning chemicals were disgusting

What a dump. My socks are stained from walking on the floor there. The roof has all kinds of stains and spots on it where it looks like it leaked or something and the walls in the rooms are tore up. I got to listen to The restaurant/bar in the same parking lots music and not sleep until 2am. The rooms are connected and the walls are paper thin. I could hear the tv in the room next to me that sounded like it was in my room at 6am. I will never go back and suggest anyone go somewhere else and stay. Extremely poor nasty place they should demolish this place and start over

They are in the process of remodeling and the rooms are looking nicer. Great staff

Room had a lot of stains on the floor, walls on the lights. Really looked like a sleazy motel. It’s in need of a complete restructure especially for the price they charge to stay one night.

Do NOT stay here if you can avoid it, we booked three separate rooms and they were all different levels of disgusting, we decided to not stay 40 minutes after arrival when people were walking by looking in our vehicles and the people next door started screaming and fighting OUTSIDE talking about how "coked out" they were also obviously dealing out of the room. We instantly grabbed our bags and left, receptionist refused to listen and refused us a refund. This was an awful and expensive experience since we had to rush to try and find another hotel to stay at.

The beds are really comfortable.

Hottest shower temp was just above luke warm. Looked like someone flicked boogers up on the ceiling, only had a partial roll of toilet paper, no extras. But all in all for $116 on a Saturday night can’t complain too much. Bed was comfy.

At the lobby, the lady was studying French on the computer while attending us. She was rude.

Probably one of the grossest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The floor was dirty, the counter was dirty, the shower handle is broken and it takes you 20 minutes to figure out where the hot water spot is. Overall, just disgusting.

1st suite downstairs ... assigned was dark, dirty, terrible bathroom and felt unsafe. went to desk told the lady that we felt unsafe in that unit...she was very nice to me and said she did not blame me for feeling that way. My husband said the unit looked like a place someone would rent by the hour. We were given an upstairs unit it was suitable and appeared to be clean. we had purchased this place online and knew the city was a very nice place to live so we never thought we would experience this place. Staff was very nice but there were unsavory people walking around ... we felt very unsafe staying there. The worst 2 night stay ever.

We asked non smoking and the room smelt like and ash tray. Although the beds were comfortable.

Its was very noise, no parking and no cleaning service,we had to ask for towels, very bad.

Housekeeping staff make sure that my room was clean. Trash was out with fresh clean towels daily. Front desk employees are very helpful and friendly, thank you!

Unsafe environment- could not use shower due to how dirty it was. This was such a dirty environment.

Our room smelled of a terrible odor,floods were sticky and market up. Blood on the walls in bathroom. Towels were stained and walls marked up and nails on wall. TV not hanging straight. Doors on closed broken. Hallway smelled and use toilet paper and used cigarettes all the way down the hallway. Your company really need think of taking them off your list and report there lack of cleanness and health concerns.

This place was dirty.

The room was not what I requested (a king bed). Instead it was a room with two queen beds and no tub. (Shower only ). During the night using the bathroom I encountered roaches.

If you are looking for a place to spend the night this may be it. The receptionist was pleasant however will not return for many reasons. Needs a significant reno.

IT WAS CLEAN JUST HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE CAUSE THE POWER WENT OUT AND IT WAS HOT WITH NO AIR CONDITIONING OR ICE MACHINE DUE TO POWER OTAGE HAD TO GET MY HOTELS CHANGED THROUGH HOTEL.COM.

Friendly staff. Close location to canyon lake estates. Room was large and very clean.

This was my first time staying in this hotel with some family and my service dog and I had a great experience. I was accommodated to check in earlier than the check-in time. Also, I asked the staff member at the front desk if I could change rooms since our door was difficult to open and close and she considered this matter right away. The staff member's name is Pita and she was extremely friendly and understanding during my entire stay here. There was also another Hispanic/Latinx woman who was doing the cleaning outside and she was also very friendly and helpful. The one thing I didn't like is how some of the rooms need a lot of repairs and smelled a lot like cigarettes. I asked for a non-smoking room and I was still able to smell it inside the room. Another thing I dislike was how some guests were trashy and noisy. I saw some people throwing trash in the parking lot and others making some noise throughout the night. Other than that, its a good hotel if you are just planning to rest and explore the area.

It was a convenient stay but the neighbor was loud as hell and his two dogs spent hours barking so it was a huge turn off.

Honestly, this is the worst place. The staff is rude and what’s worst they gave me a room that was dirty. Bed undone messy and trash in the room. I asked for another room and it smells clean but trash on the sides and dirty spots chair broken. I have the images but can only share the review
