It was quiet, clean, comfortable beds, great lighting, walking distance to great restaurants and 711. Only complaint is I couldn't take a bath because there was no stopper, and the sink leaked a little, but you can't beat the price, only $85 a night or so. I liked having a smoking room too, and no bugs of course! I would go back there.

My stay was for business. It was clean and affordable. Walls were thin, I heard the people on both sides of me. Housekeeping came faithfully during week.

Despite having a good stay, I was promised a refund for days I was not going to be staying. However, they never came through with the money. Are they so greedy that they cannot refund money after promising to refund it. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
However, if they do come through with their promise, I will consider giving them a higher rating.

The place was stinky and too costly as we can get same room for $25.

Checking in was difficult as they did t have my reservation number just the email. They said I would have to cancel through Expedia then book it with them directly. (Got it worked out after I contacted Expedia myself. ) The room is in like a basement of a small house in the back of the hotel.... It was really dirty.

They only had smoking rooms available. Neither my wife or I smoke and don't like the smell. Fortunately we only stayed one night.
The clerk who checked us in was friendly and tried to find another room, but there were no non-smoking rooms, he said.

We booked a standard room with King size bed. The room is located at the back of the Inn and it is at a basement level, which is hard to find.
The moment when we entered the room, it was terrible at the first impression！
1. The carpet was uncleaned and there still was dirt on it.
2. Some unknown hair was found on the blanket.
3. there was a gap between the door the the wall when we closed the door. And we could hear the sounds of wind when standing behind the door.
4. No hair dryer (which is still fair for an Inn). What surprised us is there was no toothbrush and toothpaste prepared for us.
5. they did not even have slippers prepared for us！I don't understand how they think we will take a shower. By wearing our own shoes？
Finally, we think the room was not worthy for its price which was over $100 per night.
The only thing that made us comfort is that the staff was friendly.

At 10.15 am I was ready to go into shower contractors open door bronging a new matress saying they can not wait

Nice quiet, clean property with comfortable bed.Set back off main street. Easy access from metro by bus or car with plenty of ample parking. Nice selection of restaurants all around the motel. I especially liked the Bolivian one right next door. Very friendly staff. Good value for the price.

Room was in severe disrepair. The floor is uneven, so much so that the furniture had 2x4’s under the front to keep them level.
The carpet looks like there was years of buildup or just had a lot of stains over the years.
The plastic pillows are not comfortable.
Plus there is constant noise all night outside and from neighbors below or nextdoor.
The most disturbing stay I’ve had in falls church.

I booked a last minute room for my husband who had to take an emergency trip to this town. He only needed to stay a night but the room was so dirty he couldn’t take a shower and he saw a cockroach crawling on the television.

Room service walked in while packing to check out, and stripped the bed while still in the room. Just a little after 11:00am.

My room had water damage over the entire ceiling, the bathroom had mold, the window curtain had holes in it and the room smells horrible. When I asked to switch rooms, they wouldn’t do it. When I complained at check out, I didn’t even receive a apology. All of the furniture is old, the room looks nothing like the advertisement. I have photos also

Well, the hotel is not worth the price, not even half. The carpet has a nasty smell, needs renovation. Not worth the price. I am trying to be honest. Thank you.

The owner was not very friendly checking in. Reserved king size bed, had a double bed in rm. Rm was dirty. Was quiet and looked nice from outside. After watching us pack the car, the owner came and knocked on door at checkout time asking if we were leaving. How rude. 1 towel left for 2 people in room.

front desk ,not friendly. coffee not ready at 7am.dishonest housekeeping,my son left his head phones, (he was excited about spending his birthday in DC) i called to have them hold them until i came back to get them.they said they did not find any head phones.liars. very disappointed.

It was lower budget grade, but clean, staff good, no breakfast, area good, beds semi comfy, smelt musty @ first till a.c. took care of that, ok. Was in need of bed, shower n not really there, so worked

Great location & friendly front desk. The first room was dismal-underground sloping floors. The second room was above ground, but floors still sloped. Price too high for what it was.
