Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Brampton Ontario was a great place to stay. Room was very clean and comfy and housekeeping came in each day to tidy up. We enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast and Brenda was especially courteous and helpful. Thanks so much for your help with the magic pancake machine, Brenda! We will definitely be back

Walking in my first thoughts where everything is nice and clean plus the breakfast looks like a deasent size. Walking into my king sweet my first thoughts where for the amount i paid how small the room was. I have a living area where you couldent pull out the bed and open the door at the same time. The king bed was super uncomfortable and i had mold in my window.
If theas things could be fixed and maybe somehow add a sauna this could be an amaing place to stay. But unfortunately for us we wont be comming back again.

We were a group of 60 and needed late checkout on the last day and unfortunately it wasn’t available for all of us but they offered us free access to a conference room. That was perfect and very nice of them to offer.

Christmas Day, we spent the afternoon and evening with mu husband's family. We live 4 hours away so... we chose to spend the night in Brampton. I picked the Holiday Inn and was not disappointed at all. Good sized room, modern, clean, decent TV. Hot breakfast in the morning. Free parking. Fitness centre, pool and laundry available although I didn’t use them. Very friendly yet polite staff. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff are poorly trained. They compromised my security by printing the access to room card to my visitors without my authorization. The supervisor had to beg me. Modes of access to my room after payment was also difficult since i was denied using cash deposit as a means of security. The big question i asked them was 'If Canada has banned use of physical cash for transactions. There was no time the receptionists ever notified me in advance of my visitors arrival which a standard practice in several of the hotels i have lodged before. Staff needs to be trained and re-trained

Condition of room is great and has everything you may need. Initial interaction with staff was unorganized, and the manager seemed very irritated and was correcting his staff at the reception in a strict and sharp manner which I found to be unecessary in front of customers. Overall, the only concerns I had was quality of the breakfast, the size of the small indoor pool, and the way the manager interacts with his staff in a demeaning tone.

Overall the hotel was great and the location is very convenient as everything is very closely located around the hotel. The staff were very kinda and helpful. Only complaint is that at night it would become extremely hot in the rooms (we had the AC on at full blast) which affected our sleep. Would definitely stay again!

The property is ok, the rooms are neat and well kept. The staff and personnel are very nice and accommodating.
The only thing i don't like is that the bathroom is small.
