The room was very comfortable, but the people upstairs from us were extremely noisy and we could hear them the whole time, couldn’t sleep. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. The waffles at breakfast were to die for!

This is an older facility so there’s some signs of age as they constantly chase the maintenance, but overall our stay was great. The room was clean, continental breakfast had great variety, pool and jacuzzi were clean, and the arcade was a big hit for my 13 yr old., and everyone I spoke to was a pleasure to interact with.

Good for the price

Overall, if you know what you’re getting into, this is a pretty good deal especially during the winter. It wasn’t the cleanest and there’s definitely some cosmetic issues but the staff was super nice and accommodating. Great for a couple night stays. Breakfast was as expected. Indoor pool was actually heated which was nice.

We stayed here because we went to ice castles. At $260 for a night, it felt extremely overpriced even during peak season. You could hear ever time someone walked on the floor above or the hallway. It wasn’t that people were loud, it was just poor structural design. They clearly renovated, but it definitely felt like the room show have been priced under $100. The continental breakfast was decent. The locations was convenient for ice castles. There is an arcade with tons of old games, stating play at your own risk. Of course, air hockey table doesn’t have a puck after we pay for it. There are all sort of video cameras in the arcade with notes about being recorded…that was a bit odd. Our hotel room had a dirty sock and ear plug on the ground outside. This was representative for my feeling of the place. Definitely worse places out there, but I wouldn’t stay here again personally even if I had to pay more somewhere else.

The staff were friendly and the location is perfect if you want to got to Woodstock or Lincoln ( 10-15 min ride). THe hotel had a musty, smokey smell. It smelled like the room or halls havent removed the smell from when smoking was allowed in rooms. I could smell smoke and my clothes had the oder. Breakfast was good, Great for a quick bite before hitting the slopes or start to your day,

Our room was DISGUSTING! We booked the jacuzzi room, and I'm always a little weary with that anyways so I took a towel to it and cleaned so much soap scum, hair, etc., and the towel was literally black. There was empty shampoo bottles and stuff left in the fridge. It had just snowed the day before so there was a lot of salt, but the salt in the room all over the rug when we got there was gross. I took pictures to document all of it. We did have a late check in and didn't get back till 11pm, so I waited till the next morning to complain and the lady at the front desk was very sorry and stated they have 24/7 housekeeping and I should've called them at 11pm to come and clean. I'm still fighting for some sort of a refund.

This was a good solid motel for the price. Stayed for a ski weekend at Loon. Easy access to highway, mountain and restaurants. Helpful staff, comfortable beds, plentiful continental breakfast included. Pool and game room looked nice, didn’t have time to try them. Because of the various buildings, you do have to bundle up to go between many of the rooms, front office, and breakfast/pool building in winter, unless you move your car around each time. My only issue was how much plastic waste there appeared to be in the breakfast setup, without any visible recycling option.

Generally our stay was positive for 1 night. Unfortunately, our toilet room toilet wouldn’t flush and the public women’s restrooms by the breakfast room were also backed up.

Great location to rest our heads for a night while skiing. It was clean. Property could use some updating.

Loud people above us couldn't sleep but otherwise great property

Bathroom floor was dirty and the bathroom was very dated. The toilet and sink drain did not function properly.

I chose the hotel because it was part of the Wyndham, but it didn't meet the standard. The room had an strong detergent odor. The breakfast didn't include any hot proteins like eggs or sausages.

Staff came into our room unannounced hot out room confused with the wrong checkout.

Room was a good size and clean. Bed was very comfortable. It was off season and they offered no breakfast as. Would of liked to know before checking in.

I was in one of the cabins which i liked the idea of because its quiet and more private. The problem was it was cold outside and the heater was not able to keep up. The small heater in the bathroom didn't work, which made the bathroom extea cold. Beyond those issues i liked the place.

The front desk staff was very friendly when we arrived and even changed rooms for us to be closer to the pool with kids. The hostess at breakfast was very pleasant and accommodating to the kids. The pool area was clean and the hot tub was amazing.

The included breakfast does not begin until 7AM, so not available for those of us who want an early start.

Have stayed here multiple times for skiing at Loon, Got a great rate, breakfast is included and as a basic cheap place for skiing it's hard to beat.

A good place with such pretty mountains! I also love the breakfast, they have the waffle machine and bagel w cream cheese!

Our stay was brief, but pleasant. Quick and easy check-in with a quick explanation on the layout of the property. The room was clean and while there was some wear/tear in the room, it appears it was renovated not too long ago. Shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. We didn’t use any of the amenities aside from breakfast, which was your standard continental fair. A staff member asked us if we needed anything for our room while we were leaving breakfast, which was a thoughtful touch. Quick and easy checkout, overall it did the job on our brief overnight stay.

Our stay was fine until neighbor upstair checkedin. You can hear them talking and walking around. It is not really isolated from sounds

the jacuzzi/hot tub was broken. It was too hot, but i was not told until the next morning. My legs got swollen and I was not in the tub for more than 3 minutes. so sore.

At check-in, the woman behind the desk seemed angry we were there. She said "Can I help you?" I said "We have a reservation." She stood there. I said "Last name is xxxxx." She said "aaaand that's what I was waiting for." Not sure if she was just trying to to be funny or just angry. She went through things like it was a boring, memorization project. I know we weren't at a luxurious, 5-star hotel, but at the very least she could have appreciated that we were staying at the property. The room was a normal room, nicely appointed with a nice size LCD TV, jacuzzi, small bathroom with shower. The room was updated. We were in a corner, first level room facing the road. Wood framing for much of the hotel which made it noisy with kids pounding and luggage rolling on the deck and in the room above us. The bed was very soft - to a fault; it had no support. No clock aside from the very small one on the microwave. Good sized fridge and comfy chair were also in the room. We went out the following morning and came back to the room later to find that bathroom had barely been touched - pretty sure the maid only grabbed the used towels and that was it. Shower hadn't been cleaned, the soap/shampoo/tissues were not replenished and the sink/vanity weren't cleaned (or even wiped down). The pool/hot tub were nice. A lot of chlorine. Check-out was unpleasant as well. This time the woman seemed bothered. Asked for a receipt, she said "Get it from expedia."

A nice place to fall into after a long day of hiking

The shower was dirty. There was visible dust on the furniture. The beds did appear to have clean bedding. The building is so cheaply made that every time the person upstairs moved the whole room shook. I have to assume he was stomping back and forth. This went on for hours. We got up and made the 2+ hour drive home at 11:00pm rather than enduring this all night. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
