Was good for a road trip stop. Had a fridge and microwave so that was good. bed was good. worth the price.

Walls and floors are stained. Shower curtain has mildew and stains. Old furniture.
Sheets and pillows has stains and smelled bad.
Like the saying goes: you get what you pay for.

This place is calm, I been renting here and they are very nice, been able to do my college assignments; which I have A's & B's, thank you, be comfortable, sleep well, shower well, the environment vibe is very soothing definitely this place got my heart in it, time of experience I won't forget.

For the Price it was what I paid for. It's an older property and shows it. If you what nicer pay for it. It worked for me!!

Checked in and the room was okay but hasn't been cleaned or dusted in a while. Floor was dirty as well as the shower with boogers from someone's nose dried to the wall in the shower and 3 mouse sticky traps sticking out from under the dresser and lots of dust balls and dead insects. House keeping didn't come and clean the room daily and came by once and I was about to get in the shower and she started knocking like the cops and when I didn't answer she opened the door even though I had it locked and then acted shocked when I walked out the bathroom half naked to stop whoever was coming in. She gave me a towel and 1 roll of toilet paper and left, didn't offer to clean the room or change the bed sheets.

It is a very good price, i like the easy access and the air condition ...the manager was very kind.perfect place to simply get some rest and shower.

Centrally located and comfortable, just what was needed for a night.
Walking distance to restaurants and transportation.
In-room appliances were welcome.

Couldn't get on the internet. No one answered the phone in the office when I called them. No Coffee to make in the room. Sheets were torn. Floor very dirty between sink stand and shower. Bed creaked every time you got in and out of bed or turned in the bed. Probably is our last stay
at Budget Inn.

The worst service ever on top of he charged two deposits and keeped them both the manager is rude and disrespectful i recommend no one stay at the budget inn

It was good for it's purpose. Just needed somewhere cheap to sleep for the work week. Homeless in the dumpster next to the room was loud one night. Was able to park my work van directly out of my front door which is a bonus. Mattress could use an upgrade. All in all it served its purpose.

The room was better than I expected. The office was totally locked up and the check-in was done through a small window. I would stay there again if I was in the area.

1. I liked that the AC cooled down the bedroom.
2. I didn't like that the AC didn't reach the bathroom. The temp in the bathroom was the same as the temp outside.
3. I liked the toilet and sink of the bathroom.
4. I didn't like that the shower only had warm water (i visited during a heatwave).
5. I liked the minifridge, micowave, bed, and tv.
For a low price hotel, it was pretty nice. I liked that it was close to stores, gas stations, and restaurants.

The property was worse than my low expectations.

Man who checked us in and out was very polite. Bed and pillows very comfortable not much traffic easy to sleep. Bathroom was clean. Curtains need a good washing and walls do need to be painted.

Only reason we stayed was because of the hot weather to have a pool to use, then we got there and there was no pool, false advertising!!!!!
