Les Borjs de la Kasbah is outstanding in every way. The riad is tastefully decorated and there is beauty around every corner. The staff are truly exceptional. The restaurant is top-notch, offering some of the best food in Morocco - with a wonderful breakfast every morning. And the location can’t be beat.

Loved this charming hotel! It was central, but quiet, had lovely spa services available, yummy food, but best of all was the staff. Everyone was so warm and welcoming, I would definitely stay again.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. It is located in a less crazy and busy area of Marrakech, close to the airport, but with shops and amenities readily available. All the staff were attentive, friendly, and so very helpful. The accomodations were beautiful, well-appointed, clean, and with so many little "extras" to enhance our experience and comfort. This made our stay most enjoyable and relaxing. We have found a magical oasis of comfort and beauty in Les Borgs de la Kasbah of Marrakech. The experience here has, most certainly, gven us a reason to stay in Marrakech upon our return to Morocco.

I usually don't leave comments unless very disappointed or, as in this case, extremely satisfied. The place is clean, cozy, and offer everything you might expect from a nice riad. I have used all of their services and I was happy with them. What really makes it special is the people working there. Hamza, Naoufel, Nora...and I do not mention all the other people working at the restaurant, breakfast and so on...so kind and so adorable that will meke me come back to this riad even just to say hi. They have helped me out to sort some issues, orientated me....a full 5 stars to them, and a big big THANK YOU!

Wonderful stay at the hotel. The hotel was clean to perfection, all the staff were so helpful and lovely. The food was really good. There are excursions you can book and it's all hassle free. Really recommend this place!

This road in the Kasbah section of the Marrakech Medina is nothing short of spectacular. Tom and Nora are exceptional in their hospitality. The restotation of this facility is both completely modern and and beautiful expression of Moroccan art and culture. I would absolutely return for a longer stay without question.

This is a beautiful property just inside the walls of the old city. The staff was great and the food was very tasty. We would definitely go back.

The property is very well maintained, it was a new experience for me staying in a riad but I felt completely comfortable here. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room had good AC, there was a TV with movies in English for entertainment. The staff is very attentive, warm and friendly. I felt safe here and although on a busy street inside it is very quite. The spa was an amazing experience, very relaxing. My first time with Hamman and I would recommend it. The pool is a good size with toilet facilities, shower and service. The owner Tom and his Wife Nora are very welcoming and seek feed back to inprove on an already excellent service. My most pleasurable experience here was the food from the restaurant. The food did not disappoint one bit. I did the half board which I highly recommend. The food was delicious, every night was a nice surprise of flavors. In all I would highly refer this place to anyone visiting the area.For myself it was a very quiet place that I could relax and feel safe.

This hotel inside the old city has a wonderful staff! The rooms are spacious and centered around a lovely courtyard. The bathrooms were also spacious although my 6'1" son had to stoop in the walk in shower. The bathrooms were missing wash cloths and conditioner but I think those are American expectations. I would also recommend slippers as the floors are lovely tiles. The spa is lovely and there is a pool to cool off after a hot day exploring. The staff is what makes this hotel wonderful! We would stay again.

Overall good. Location is not far from famous square around 15mins walk. There was one night we do not have hot water luckily it was not a cold day. The host were Super friendly and we enjoy staying here. We also enjoy the local wine that offered by this Riad.

We were fortunate enough to have had six nights in this Riad. Having read the reviews prior to staying, all I can say is that they were not overstated. If anything they were understated! The fabric of the property is exemplary. The attention to detail evident at every level and faultless. In life nothing is perfect and neither is this Riad, but what is clear is that they go the extra mile to make you part of a wider family experience. There is one remarkable and outstanding feature of this Riad. The staff. We spent time tasing to them and its clear that the investment in the staff is well placed. They are polite, courteous, super friendly, clearly content with their lot and that radiates across to the guests in every aspect of their work. Its a family owned and managed operation and they do this with passion and ownership. Their staff are like family and are treated as such. The petals on the bed, the undivided attention to any request, but above all the smiles! It is rare, so very rare that I write with such abundant praise, but it is well deserved, so very well earned. We may never get in this Riad again due to it's popularity but that's life. Thank you and well done. You made our stay comfortable and luxurious. Near faultless.

We were sad our stay was too short! We loved the Architectual Digest finishes. Away from the hustle, but close enough to experience the medina. Restaurant supplied hearty breakfast along with great authentic and european offerings at dinner. Service is warm, welcoming and professional. Thank you Tom and Nora.

I"ve just returned from 2 nights stay at Les Borjs Kasbah, what a wonderful hotel. The staff were FANTASTIC all of them, speaking three languages! I stayed in one of the suites on a full board basis to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. He felt so special. The food was lovely, the hotel had a beautiful aroma, smelt so nice. I had a hamman too in the spa with a 20% discount for guests. Peaceful, friendly and luxurious sum up this hotel.

Good location in the Kasbah. Peaceful and elegant Moroccan ambiance. Excellent food. But our stay will be remembered mostly for the staff who looked after us with such genuine warmth, openness and professionalism. Very well done.

This hotel is accommodated in a group of beautifully renovated old buildings and so combines comfort with rich traditional Moroccan features. The staff were all most friendly and helpful, although because they have to communicate in so many languages there is a need to be very clear about what you are ordering. The breakfast included a good range of buffet foods for a small hotel with fresh fruit, breads, pastries, meats, cheeses, home made yoghurt, range of preserves as well as a range of freshly cooked egg dishes and Moroccan pancakes. Other meals were as good as any we had in Marrakech and the kitchen and food handling methods appeared to be very sound.

A wonderful place - friendly staff, great food. It is about 15 mins walk from the plaza. The street itself is very quiet. We felt safe there. I would stay there again.

We went to Marrakesh to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and chose Les Borjs de la Kasbah based on the reviews, we were not disappointed barring one small or two small details. The bad bit first, the room was en-suite bathroom which is in need of redecoration especially the shower, but its always warm and the shower is perfect for that quick refresher. Location of Riad. The Riad is situated deep within Kasbah on approach it can be daunting, as we felt the first night driving in at 1 o'clock in the morning. My early morning stroll proved otherwise. The locals are some of the most friendliest people I have met in my travels. They are the best point of call for directions, a small price to pay is that they will want you to visit one of their family owned shops. A local tourist map is available but everything seems further away then it is. After spending the first few days taking taxis everywhere we discovered that all the main sites including the big market are all within walking distance. The staff' 5/5 As mentioned before us the staff are exceptional, very helpful and make the service feel very personal Who will benefit most Couples, we have two children and wouldn't consider taking our children to Marrakesh, other parts of Morocco are better suited. I would like to thank the staff for making our stay such a great experience.
