It was a business stay , no problems like the privacy ,

When we arrived i asked what time was breakfast severed? she said no breakfast. I said Coffee? No coffee. We stayed 3 nights and the room was no cleaned or no clean towels either. Than they had kids running around upstairs above our room jumping off the beds from 6pm to 11pm until i called the office. But the only good thing was it was close to where we were visiting.

They lie on their website about free breakfast and there is a kitchen with dining area and the machines but there is no breakfast. I travel for work and free breakfast is why I chose the hotel only to find out they lied. Also when they clean rooms they send 3 different people in at different times for towels trash and then clean. Multiple times they didn’t get to my room until 5 pm after I already got off work. They have no do not disturb signs for doors and there was a booger smeared on the headboard also with a hair on the pillow. Old as heck furniture that is in the 60’s Old cheap towels that feel like sand paper.

Window shuttes in the bedrooms did not open. People in the floor above us were just loud. People who rented the hall they have thete took all the parking.

We stayed for 4 nights, it was noisy at night from other guests, the room was dusty and everything looked old. The bathroom was dirty and towels had hair on them.

Walked in to check in in and was told to wait why the receptionist took a good couple minutes working on the computer. The phone rang and he answered it right away as if I wasn’t waiting to be helped. Then he told told me to wait and that someone else would help me. Finally checked in the room. It looks like there was an attempt to update the room its self but a lot of furniture was outdated and has chips. The floor had some damage and scrapped my foot. It smelled clean but the place seemed a bit dirty. Also had a broken remote. I won’t be back if I could have stayed anywhere else I would have.

The place offers breakfast, which it does not serve, they cannot even prepare coffee for clients, and there is not even coffee to make in the rooms, the bed is quite inadequate to rest, the water falls too little to be able to bathe comfortably, the tension It's pretty bad

Not really well maintained. Didn't have breakfast as advertised that being the main reason we booked this hotel so as not to have to run around for breakfast before leaving for tge airport to catch our flight.

One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because breakfast was advertised. There was no breakfast at all. This hotel should not advertise something they do not offer. Also, the groundskeepers decided to use very loud leaf blowers before 8:00 am which seemed unnecessary.

It says free continental breakfast and they do not provide that. One of the reasons I choose my hotel is because of the free breakfast. They don't even offer coffee.

The hotel looks good from the outside. The rooms are dirty with spider webs. The only thing that they do is to change towels. They don't make beds, empty bins and supply with toilet paper. These things are only done on request.

this hotel does not serve breakfast when booking it it said it did. this was very inconvenient because i have kids when checking in the guy was a bit rude i wouldn’t stay there again.

Website said breakfast included, office area was still locked at 7am. No breakfast offered. Also no coffee in room even though was listed in amenities. Was delayed from checking in, attendant said the payment was not received by them even though I had proof payment was charged to my credit card.

I often stay at this location as the price is good for the way I’m using the facility. Just need a place to sleep while visiting family. In the past the hardwood floors were less than clean. Leaving bare feet dirty. This time we were surprised to have carpet but the carpet was stained. Not a deal breaker but it wasn’t attractive. Still liked it better than the hardwood floors. We unfortunately left my husbands ring on the top of the dresser and when called to inquire the person answering the phone was hard to understand. She told me to call back as housekeeping doesn’t clean till later. I was clear where it was left but had to prompt her to take my number. Checked out Thursday and now Saturday not even a call to say it’s not there. Personally it’s too challenging to communicate to retrieve the lost ring. It wasn’t super expensive but it had sentimental value .

Facilities were ok but service was terrible. Breakfast was announced as included but they said it wasn’t for the moment. Then they never cleaned my room and when I asked why they said I should’ve told them I wanted that service when I checked in! The person in the reception seemed like annoyed of talking to guests. Terrible service!
