Some areas of the room are dark. Better lighting would be helpful like the outsides of the beds and the coffee area.
Not a fan of the body wash, would prefer a bar of soap.

The owner came up and spoke to us as we were getting ready to leave the breakfast. Very personal and first hand thanked us for staying in his hotel. Because of his brief conversation with us, we will definitely come back and stay in his hotel.

It was very inconvenient for my family and me as I have my old grandmother with me and my family suite was in the basement and it was all dark and shady, which were not informed about during the timing of the booking. My grandmother is claustrophobic and it was very inconvenient for her to stay in the basement specially during our vacation. I inquired at reception and discussed my concern and she told me i should have been told by expedia about the family suite location in the basement, which I was never told by expedia. They didn’t have any rooms on main level or any other level for family suite. So the only option they told me to take 2 rooms upstairs with two queen beds and I have to pay for that. Which I did during my stay because I didn’t have any other choice. So I want the expedia to look into my problem and kindly give my money back as I didn’t use the family room or compensate according to your company policies. Thank you.

Lovely family suite, very spacious for us family of 6! The check in staff was really friendly and overall the place is very nice. Will come again on our next visit!

We enjpyed our stay. Check in was quick and easy. There is a pool and hottub. Our room was clean and fresh. Breakfast was very good and had so many options. I am very happy with our stay.

Property shown as close to Jasper; misleading as it is more than 50 miles away. Everyday we had to drive 1 hr each way unnecessarily

The suites were located on the basement level with great blackout blinds. The unit was cool (as we were there on hot days, 31C) and was very nice for sleeping. We heard no noise from other units. Breakfast was also quite good.

Room service was terrible - Our room was not cleaned in spite of requesting and reminding them twice. We heard the room cleaning staff arguing out side our room about things they were supposed to get done. It seemed the supervisor was reprimanding the staff about some issue.
The Air conditioning kept turning off abruptly. had to wake up in the middle of the night to turn it back on. tried to keep it on fan mode.. still the same issue. maybe it was some settings to save power?
The room was clean and spacious. There is plenty of parking space available which was nice. we found parking even when we arrived/returned late in the night.

We absolutely loved this hotel! Our room was very modern looking and exceptionally clean. All staff were very helpful and kind. Our room had a mini fridge and microwave. The pool and water slide were great for our family and the continental breakfast was delicious. My kids were also thrilled to have a bunch of board games to borrow. We definitely hope to stay here again soon!

This hotel really impressed us. The bed and pillows are top quality and so comfortable. The shower was amazing, the water pressure is very high (great for relaxing after long hiking days!). The breakfast was amazing. It's right down the street from many restaurants and grocery stores. We have nothing but great things to say about this place!

We stay at this place every summer, the one thing that stops this from getting a higher score is the parking lot garbages are always over flowing. Aside from this the place is a great place to take the family.

We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite. It was very spacious. Beds were comfortable and they had 2 queen beds in the bedroom and 2 sofabeds in the living room. About an hour drive away from Jasper. Close to all amenities (gas stations, restaurants, grocery stores). Would definitely stay here again.

Check in was very easy and pleasant - even at midnight! We were stuck in a storm and didn't get in until very late, the front desk employee was very kind and it was great to see a happy face after our scary trip there. The room was large, very clean, quiet and breakfast being incuded was fantastic. Would absolutely stay again!
