This place is awful their staff is disrespectful vulgar loud extremely unprofessional discriminatory racist rude the front desk clerk Claire is awful not only did she violate our constitutional rights as human beings but she was very offensive using racial slurs and foul language refuse to do her job and then proceeded to deny me a refund and keep my money this place not only left us with nowhere to stay but ripped us off and completely and utterly caused us nothing but stress a mental and emotional turmoil financial strain and I wouldn't want anyone I know to stay here I will never ever again book anything through them they are thieves they robbed me and my husband discriminated against us and totally an utterly caused us nothing but distress in a very very crucial and and hard time in our lives and for that they should be ashamed of themselves they are disgrace they will rob you and treat you like total crap and think that they have the right to do so I would not ever give them a penny or step foot in there I wouldn't even let my dog stay there I'd rather deal with cockroaches at the motel 6 you'd have better experience really.

Staff, staff, staff. We were a large party in for a funeral. We were welcomed and accommodated during our stay. Made a difficult time easier. Thank you.

The hallways smell like urine mixed with feet. Elevator smells as if someone sleeps in it. Door to the room is jammed and had to be physically forced open. Stuff covering smoke detectors, jets do not work in jacuzzi. Representative unable to help with anything. This was not a comfortable stay and will never come back to this horrible place. It feels dirty

Every Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at has been nice, some better than others, but always pretty good. It wasn’t the nicest Hampton I’ve ever been too, but it was definitely worth a few extra dollars to stay in a place that was MUCH better than other hotels in the area.

A mix up was made on the room we had reserved, we were given a suite which was wonderful to correct that! One suggestion for the room we stayed in (135), since this is not a fully accessible room (and I didn't need that, worked good for me, balance can be troubling for me), but it is perfectly flat/wide enough for a wheelchair, perhaps a grab bar could be added next to the toilet? All in all, we had a great stay!

Rite off highway, with easy accessibility... Polite staff, and a variety of breakfast options... Will stay again...

The staff was excellent. Priya, Ashley, and Smith were accommodating, kind, professional and provided excellent customer service. The pipe broke so no water available for 2.5 hours. However, they brought 4 plumbers in to troubleshoot and repaired it quickly. The rooms were average. It had stains on the wallpapers, dirty and old office chair that squeaked, outdated phone, broken clock that didn't have a plug, chipped tables/cabinets/bathroom vanity. This is not the typical Hampton Suite I usually stay at. It appears to be an older hotel that was converted. Breakfast was good but decaf coffee, hot water, bagels or a variety of pastries were not available. My overall stay was a little above average. I appreciate the quiet atmosphere and was unable to hear the noise from the highway. I still enjoyed my 3 night stay.

The staff was very nice and the rooms were great.

Staff was wonderful, there was a hiccup with check-in but that was mainly hotels.com issue. Only reason not excellent is all ice makers were broken.

Good customer service. No hot water for my shower or from the sink. Took a cold shower (not by choice).Room smelled dusty. No hot breakfast in the morning as advertised. Location felt safe and the heater worked very good.

2nd time here and will choose again, nice staff and great quiet area

Hotel was dirty and staff was not friendly. When we first checked into our reservation, they gave us a room that was not even cleaned and had trash all over the place. Then It was so difficult to just get new towels and the breakfast was not great either. They ran out of food and didn’t even make more until we pointed out that there was no food and it was only 9am. Breakfast states it’s served until 10am. The new Room they gave us was still dirty and they gave me a handicap room. Floors had a sticky feeling to the feet and shower stall was not cleaned. Poor management and they’re giving Hampton and bad name as I’ve stayed at other Hampton’s before and had great service.

Room itself was great with Jacuzzi but breakfast was not.

Nice quiet room, friendly staff

Our car was broken into and all of our stuff gone, clothes baby bottles everything. Willie at the front desk failed to warn us they have had 6+ break ins just in the month of December but it’s been going on for months. We met many other guests in the lobby while we sorted out this horrifying and unexpected event whom all told us Willie had told told them all about the break ins. I’m am baffled that the staff checking in failed to warn us, that could have changed everything. We had gotten there late (2am) and were going to check out at 5:30am

I’ve seen some bad reviews about this hotel but I just had a great stay. Everything was clean, good wifi, very comfortable bed, and great breakfast. Staff was helpful and friendly and the gym was pretty good. There were a couple of problems. No ice machine was working, and the shower didn’t drain very well. Considering what I paid, it was a nice three days.

Staff was kind and helpful. However, the door lock to our hotel room had a loose screw. The hotel needs to be refurbished.

Decent hotel and comfortable for a night or two stay over.

No hot water. Someone smoking down the hall. TV was worn out (had hot spots). Room was too hot (even after leaving the HVAC off all night. Offered water for one room but not the other 2. Ran out of hot food at 8:30 in the morning! Not even close to Hilton standards.

The service was the best thing at this property which wasn’t all that..The pillow cases had stains on them & The Chair had burnt marks on them..Also the Whirlpool Room had Black stains around the tub..One of the worst Hampton inns i stayed at..

Third floor, hallway ceiling had a big hole. The mattress in the room was a very bad condition. It was sliding on the side was very uncomfortable I was expecting more.

I am moving to the area and had not been there before. Jonathan at the front desk was very helpful with providing valuable information about the area and making me feel welcomed to both the hotel and the town. He is an asset to Hampton Inn!

The staff at this location was phenomenal. My husband had just gotten a call his dad died and the front desk clerk did everything she could to help make it easier for us. She even gave me a hug and blessed us. I cannot say how much this meant to us as we wandered back and forth from our car sobbing and trying to get it together.

The room smell horrible

A decent hotel for a great price. All the expected things were as they should be. Breakfast was better than I expected. Plus, yummy pears in the lobby when I arrived at night…it was nice to eat free, fresh fruit that was actually juicy and ripe.

Booked this stay spacically because they advertised pool and spa. Neither was available. All ice machines broken. No shampoo in the room. Had to request a blow dryer thankfully front desk had one.
