Worst stay I’ve had at a hotel in 15 years. Carpet old dusty and worn out, very gross. Bathroom had Pubic hair in the bathtub, turn water on to take a shower after a 3 hour drive into town late at night and the hot water did not work. Freezing cold shower. Ended changing rooms and got hot water but had a bathtub with even more pubic hairs left in it and same looking gross carpet in the room. Service was ok but I, not my family will ever stay here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for business travelers. The hotel was very business-friendly, with great amenities for work. My only wish is that the fitness room had weights in addition to cardio equipment. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended for business trips.

The service was fantastic. The business center printer did not work (big bummer), but John, the night desk clerk really helped me out in getting printed what I needed for that next morning's meeting. The room was nice and comfortable, had good beds, ironing board and iron, spacious bathroom, and the conference center was great as always. There was a snafu with having the sound system ready for our meeting, but I think that was maybe the sound guy's fault, not the hotel's... The food at our banquet was surprisingly good for a hotel banquet. I'm looking forward to coming back again next year!

Free upgrade to a suite was greatly appreciated. This hotel is dated but still in good shape. Showerhead could use some descaling. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Staff was excellent. The Clerk at check-in was especially helpful. Hotel was clean inside and out. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. If in the area, I would stay there again.

I like the property as always but i had a situation when i checked in after 12 on my check in day i wasnt aware i had to pay extra and this never happen if stafc would hav told me i had to pay extra when i checked in i never would checked in

Terrible refund policy. The hotel itself was great. I’ve stayed there many times. However, on this stay, the fire alarm started going off randomly at 1:00am. After 30 minutes of the alarm going off an on, I decided to check out and find another hotel nearby because it seemed the issue wasn’t going to be resolved soon. I checked out at 1:30am, the gentleman at the desk assured me that I would be refunded. Later, I found out the hotel refused to refund me because, and I quote, “there was a malfunction in the alarm system, and thusly weren’t responsible for it going off”. I talked with them 3 times, and Travelocity tried twice. They wouldn’t budge. So I’m out $100 for a room that I had to leave in the middle of the night because it was impossible to sleep. It was pretty classless and inconsiderate of them. I’ll never go back. There’s a Holiday Inn Express right across the road that I will go to from now on.

The hotel is very nice. The breakfast in the morning is great. The staff is very friendly only negative that I had on the trip is the fire alarm went off starting about midnight until about 4 o’clock in the morning.

I didn’t have Hotwater and the bathtub was dirty! Trash came out of the water line in tub!

The alarm went off multiple times in the middle of the night.

Location, cleanliness and friendly staff

We stayed here for a wedding originally from Alabama so this was a nice room to stay. It was clean and staff was amazing. The room was very nice and a lot bigger than excepted. You could close the door on the bedroom for privacy if needed. The furniture and decor was older but I thought it was cute

I’m not sure if they are understaffed, but upon check in a lot of rooms were not cleaned from the night before. The room was nice enough and quiet. Monday morning I had zero Hot water to take a shower.

Hotel was clean and beds comfortable. The shower was only lukewarm though.

Pretty typical for Country Inn. Some issues, washing machines didn't work, printers in business center out of ink, these are really easy things to fix if someone would pay a little attention (and pay for the fix.) Area is somewhat isolated, not much withing walking distance and no sidewalks on the highway. Breakfast was Ok but crowded and not enough tables or staff to keep up with demand. Check in was good, staff friendly and helpful to the extent management allowed, see above.

Not a new property but was very clean

Overall it was a good stay. Our only issues-Our room didn’t get cleaned on the first morning. On Friday morning the breakfast lady started putting things away about 20 minutes before breakfast was over.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and the staff was constantly making sure the food was available and hot. Parking is easy but they share a lot with the convention center which can make it a little difficult when events occur. It's an older hotel but in very good condition.

my stay was great, but no washer and dryer on site in a suite is a bomber

we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. It was quiet so we were able to rest well. The breakfast area was clean and nice and there was a wide variety of offerings. We would stay there again.

The website said checkout was at 12. At the hotel, I was informed checkout was at 11 House keeping was banging on the door for us to be out at 11:00. The first room we were in the air conditioning was not working so we were sweating for about 3 hours before they changed our room. Are these things covered on the extra I paid for insurance?
