I stayed one night, check in lady was less than impressed with her job, I was charged twice for my room and two months later and 15 calls, still haven't been refunded

TV, RADIO, AND PHONE, NOT WORKING, STAFF TRIED TRIED TO FIX, BLIND BROKEN AND STUFFED UP INTO TOP OF CURTAIN TO HOLD IT UP. NO OTHER ROOMS AVAILABLE. IN BREAKFAST ROOM NEXT MORNING, THE TV NOT WORKING AND STAFF TOLD ME THEY DONT KNOW WHATS GOING ON BUT FEEL THE BUILDING IS NOT PAYING THE CABLE BILL. STAFF WAS THE ONLY REDEEMING PART. THEY WERE AWESOME.

I booked this room for my sister and brother in law because my nephew was in the ER at a nearby children’s hospital. After an exhausting day in the hospital, they finally got to hotel a little after 3am hoping to get some sleep before going back to the hospital and the desk person refused to give them their room. They were scolded for coming late, said the person said they were busy doing audit and they should have come checked in earlier. I will also be writing corporate. This was horrible and they had to go find another hotel when they were exhausted and distraught. I’m fine with this chain. On the other hand, hotel.com were awesome and got me a refund.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Pat was especially friendly to our kids at helpful at breakfast time. The price was reasonable! The hotel had some repairs that were needed and some of our bedding wasn't cleaned properly. (old smell on the pull out couch mattress, carpet nail sticking out)

Literally didn’t check in. I paid extra for “protection” knowing I’d most likely need to cancel, but they don’t honor that protection at all. So i lost 150 dollars for nothing

Loved the king size beds!! The room was clean. The hotel space itself seemed like it could use a cleanup, possibly understaffed. The noise from the highway was hard to drown out. I also had a situation with the gal at the front desk, I believe she said she was the front office manager but did not display behaviors indicative of that one bit. She hung up on me more than once, the second time was just a mhhmm when I said thank you then she hung up. Overall the room was nice and we loved the king size beds but the highway noise and area it is in we wouldnt stay again. I worked in the hospitality industry for 15 years I would never speak to a guest the way she did.

The room was not cleaned. The body wash container had hair on it and was empty. There was Pubic hair left on the back of the toilet. Sticky stuff on the night stand and head board.

My stay over all was okay, but the one reason we booked was for the hot tub and pool and the chlorine level was so high that our eyes were burning and the kids were coughing. So needless to say it was a bust. Our room was clean, but we had to call or go down to the front desk for toilet paper, soap and conditioner.

No towels were available for the 2 days I stayed. Half a roll of toilet paper upon arrival, asked for another roll and never received one. Main lobby restrooms were dirty and also did not have any toilet paper. Pool was over chlorinated. Pancake station was there for breakfast but never saw any batter. Exercise equipment was broken, and the body wash dispenser in the shower was empty. $50 per night deposit was charged to my card and front desk staff said it would be returned in 12-14 days. Lady bugs in the room and water dripping through the ceiling.

The hotel room was not clean and after a day of being in the hotel they ran completely out of towels!! So no towels to dry off for the shower or pool. Front desk said sorry short staffed they even told people Checking in to not be suprised if there’s no towels in the bathrooms they don’t have any!!!

They only keep one person on staff to handle the whole hotel. We stayed on a very busy weekend and they were fully booked the line to check in was very long and Poor Ace Johnson who was very pleasant at the front desk was so busy. I checked in at 5:30 for two rooms our one room 223 would not lock so from 5:30-9PM 8 people stayed in one room until we were given our second room which was of no fault of Ace as the line on check ins was crazy. There were no towels available and so many other issues that just took forever to address due to staff. Would never stay there again as full fault of management not only not having customers taken care of in timely matter but also putting their employees in that position.

I want a refund. This was the most UNPROFESSIONAL group of front desk employees I have ever had the displeasure to witness in ANY hotel, and particularly unbelievably UNPROFESSIONAL for a Holiday Inn.

Got there at check in and they didn’t know which rooms were ready. Had to wait 20 minutes but then we got our room. The indoor pool was closed which we weren’t to happy about. That was on the the amenities we were looking for. Breakfast was good!

What they considered a breakfast was toast & cereal. If u claim breakfast ppl expect at least eggs, jelly for toast & milk for cereal.

I got there at 2:55, got my luggage and toddler and went to check in. There was another guest waiting to check in. He went in about 5 minutes before me. He said they went to go find out if he could be checked in early. By the time he got back it was after 3pm. With a line of about 5 people. Once it was my turn, he got my info and got me checked in. Gave me a room key, but didnt tell me the room #. I had to ask. Got to our room, the door was so hard to get open! And once we were in the room, the door slammed shut, and it was so loud. The room was fine. But you just heard doors slamming all day and night. The man that was in charge of the breakfast was phenomenal! He was so kind and interacted well woth my shy toddler.

Not impressed. The entire hotel smelled of smoke, pool was closed, breakfast was less than desirable. The room was decent and clean, but again, reeked heavily of smoke.

Well check in was at 3pm got there at 4pm room wasn't ready had to wait an hour and a half..got to my room no towels no toilet paper and the toilet seat was broke room phome didn't work ..went down to let general manager know and she said she would have maintenance change out the toilet seat and never did ask for some kind of discount for everything and said she would give me a 20 dollar discount..staff was unfriendly and never around when went to the counter ..always saw the general manager on her phone facetiming someone..never had clean towels said short staff but yet she was always on her phone and it wasnt work related ..she was very rude and then i had two other family members stay each of us had the same type of room and was all charged a different price when checked out

Picked this hotel for the pool and it was closed. I registered for 6 people and they didn’t have the bedding for the pull out couch, didn’t give enough towels. Even when we went to ask for more towels, I couldn’t get more until I returned the used ones. It’s tired and dirty.

Fridge didn’t work in room (didn’t realize until the morning when our juice was warm) pool closed day of check in and was told it changes daily but when I called the week prior to ask if their pool was operational they never stated “yes but that can change daily” or I would have never booked ahead of time.

Checked in at 9 p.m. due to cheer competition. I asked for a late check out in te morning due to it being icy conditions and disnt have to be at competition til later in the day and wanted to let my daughter rest. No late check out at spending almoat $250. There were "hairs" in the bath tub. We went down at 10 p.m. to get a water from there little store and rang the bell 3 times. Someone was also waiti g to check in. Waited over 10 minutes and finally the lady walkes in from smoking outside.

The people at the front desk were awesome. The room was clean and nice. My only complaint is the pool was closed which I feel like should be part of the booking process knowing it’s closed. It’s a major reason many of people will pick a specific hotel.

The check in was lovely with an upgrade to the top floor upon request. The beds were wonderfully big and comfortable. Overall, the room was clean but there were spots in corners that appeared unfinished when the hotel was updated last. There were missing light bulbs in our room. The breakfast was good but very minimal Perhaps they didn't have a recent delivery. Hardly anything out.

The good: clean, new, great breakfast, pool and gym and new building. Beds very comfortable. THe not so good: Hallways took a while to vaccuum; no toilet paper in the entire building when we arrived; no room service; only provided 2 sets of towels and when asked for more, had to bring down my old towels to the front desk to get new ones. Overall a good stay

Hotel was close to restaurants and it was clean, but there was not enough towels for a family of 4 and the bathroom was out of body wash. The hotel also was too close to the highway, it would get very noisy.

Staff was lovely. Pool and breakfast were not good. Pool was packed with screaming kids. We went down for breakfast and they were out of everything. Cereal, biscuits, sausage, bread, etc. We asked if they were going to put more out and they said no. It was only 9:15am. Breakfast was over at 10am.
