Look like motel terrible is really dirty and I safety hotel and area a lot pf homeless. Im really scare this is the reason why i dont stay

A C or Heater wasn’t working no toilet paper and Rob was clogged I was the only person that showered, my sister wasn’t able too shower. I’ve stayed at this hotel for 3 years but this is ridiculous don’t think I’m coming back first pic and lady was taken 20 minutes later

Room cards didn't work. Had to change room amd still didn't work. Tub had rust. Holes in shower curtain, no hangers in closet, etc...

Listen to the reviews. 1st room sheets had stains on them, the room smelled like urine, rust in the tub, 2nd room rust in tub as well, had thermostat in the room but didn’t work had to use the unit, rooms were on the 2nd floor and the moment you stepped off the elevator a horrible smell hit your nose. Plug-in were in the hall to try and mask the smell but didn’t work. 2nd floor was suppose to have vending and ice machine, no vending machine and ice machine didn’t work. It was a horrible experience but was going to lose money to find another hotel

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL‼️ Keep scrolling . There are way better budget friendly hotels than this one. I checked in very late at night. Front desk staff were nice and professional and that is about the best comment I can give this place…the staff. After receiving the Keys to my room I was escorted to a room on the second floor which WREAKED OF PET URINE. The carpet smelled like it hadn’t been shampoo’d ever and the stench was so bad I couldn’t even stay in the room. I went downstairs and asked the staff to relocate me to another room thinking this might’ve been an isolated event and was taken to another room on the first floor which also smelled like cat or dog piss‼️ It was horrible. But by it being so late and I was extremely tired I went back to the first room and decided to stay. I was nauseous all night. I couldn’t sleep for the noise above me coupled with the horrible smell.
I had a spray can of air freshener that I always travel with just in case and that couldn’t help the smell at all. Honestly I wish the owners of these hotels would start getting the carpet cleaned more regularly or pull it up for GODs sake. Old carpet , pet urine, dirt, and people smoking does not mix . I will NEVER EVER book this hotel again and if you’re reading this you shouldn’t either ‼️

I change rooms five times because every shower had rust and nasty black stuff in the tubs and it was just hard to take a shower. I had to go buy shower shoes just to take a shower.

Room was dirty when I got to it. It was boo boo outside my room door. They moved my room and some lady walked in and went to the restroom. It was just horrible
The breakfast the pancake was watery. My husband ask to make some more the front desk lady replied she will not fix it this is the way they taught her how to make them.

We had a room right by the exit door on the side of the building. We could hear the loud thud of the door opening and closing all night long

Staff were helpful. Our room was sticky when we arrived. We waited until the next morning to request housekeeping. It had improved after they came, but was still sticky. We put down kleenex in the sticky spots to keep from getting in it. The beds were too high to get in and out of easily.

Customer service was very good. Changed rooms after the 1st night because of moldy smell slow drain in the tub when taking a shower.

Terrible stay from the Expedia reservation adjustments and canceling to the air-conditioning blowing out profusive plastic burning smoke because it was broken and I had to open up my door and fan out my room for an hour with a towel to when I told the person at the desk this and I'm concerned they said well you could leave I did not feel safe or appreciated there at all or that the four or five hours sleep that I got after getting off a plane and having to get right back out of there and no it was a terrible stay they said they change it the reservation to that day and they told me to leave on check-in time not allow me to stay the day and the lady woke me up at 7:30 in the morning to go get my credit card from the bank because I lost my credit card on route instead I wasn't able to show my ID and go to my room because going to my room entailed that they had to slide my credit card again and you know it was difficult absolutely no attention or interest in Expedia fulfilling my flight insurance for cancellations and adjustments to be specific so my stay there also was not adjusted and the hotel person lied to me it was a complete complete dissatisfactory customer experience especially after the person tried to be nice to me to go to my room and then treated me the way they did to tell me to get out afterwards if I didn't like breathing rubber and plastic smoke coming out of your air conditioning heater which was smelling odd and really cold upon first entering.

It was a nice stay. It was close to our family that we were visiting. One small problem…we were on the ground floor and someone was running and moving chairs on the floor above us for several hours each night. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

Found that the toilet handle was not working at all. I had to actually lift the toilet lid and pull up on the stopper to flush the toilet. Did not see any USB connections in the room. Rooms are outdated. Bathtub was dirty. Overall the exterior was nice and clean

We found hair in the bathtub of the first room. Second room had roaches in the bathtub. I couldn’t get pictures because my mom had already sterilized the bathroom.

Over-all it was good but had a little problem with the TV that the cable was not working and the person at the front desk was not able to fix thankfully we fix it ourselves, there wasn't a phone in the room, webgot one untill late next day, the indian man at front desk on Sunday was very rude...not friendly staff...he was serving the hotel breakfast that morning and he was acting like he was forced to do so.

There was an unhappy yapping dog next door from around 10 pm to 2 am. (Someone left the dog alone in the room.) I spoke to the desk clerk several times. She listened, confirmed yapping, and apologized but DID NOTHING. The Manager said he was coming in, but DID NOT. We had to sleep late to get 7 hours sleep, then missed breakfast. There were other smaller problems that suggested less than acceptable quality control, but the constant yapping overshadowed everything else. I expected better from La Quinta.

The property needs updates. We didn’t have much interactions with the staff so cannot comment on that aspect but the condition of the room, bathroom particularly was less than desirable. The fact that they were the way they were tells a lot about the people responsible for their upkeep and quality. From that perspective I’d say service was poor. We took one look at the complimentary breakfast and decided to skip it everyday and got our own elsewhere. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience, even at what I would otherwise consider reasonable price.

This was a horrible experience!!!! It took me 30 minutes to get keys and when I did get them the elevator was horribly nasty! The room had not been cleaned at all!! I mean how can you send someone to an unserviced room! The guy at the desk was lost and acting like it was his first day!! I had to go down the street and pay more money to be in comfort at the Springhill Suites down the street!!!

We had a terrible experience at this location with extremely noisy guests, dogs, inexperienced staff, and lack of supplies at the 'breakfast' buffet, which was a poor excuse for a meal. Do not recommend.

The room was pretty nice. The bathroom faucet, however; would not turn off and ran constantly. A stain in the sink showed it was an old problem. I told the front desk so hopefully it will be taken care of.
