1. I couldn't believe that I had to pay $25.00 per night to park in their lot.
2. There was no ice to be found on any floor of the hotel
3. Their full service restraunt that was advertised in the elevator consisted of a one sided sheet of paper
4. Was charged $10.00 for a nasty breakfast. I have had much better at hotels that have a commentary breakfast

Front desk was useless. Made reservation for 2 rooms only had 1 available. Just ended up leaving and filed a claim to get my money back. Will report to credit card company

My check in was a bit rocky. Only the 6th floor was availability and i stated too high so Ebony found 3rd floor and no accessible rooms were available but they made it happen.
Just the fact the room I reserved was not listed.
Then parking at 25.00 dollars--not good.

It is a very good choice for the stadium or the convention center. Only 3-4 blocks to downtown. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is decent but the bar and restaurant are not very good. Surprisingly nice gym, pool and hot tub. nice people as well but under staffed.

Your staff was on top of things to make such a massively crowded event smooth and enjoyable. It must have been overwhelming to have so many people come to the city for the eclipse but you all were so friendly and ready to help. Thanks for making this once in a lifetime event so easy!

It took nearly an hour to check in. A gentleman in front of us had been there 30 minutes before we arrived. There was only 1 girl working the desk and she had to deal with a huge bus trying to park. The back parking lot had 2 cargo trucks taking up 12 spaces. The TV reception was HORRIBLE!! Like it was buffering the whole time. No matte what time.
The girl working did comp us breakfast and parking for our trouble checking in. She was absolutely wonderful and did the best she could do. She was just SEVERELY understaffed.

The hotel was nice and clean. The parking garage was broken so finding parking was difficult the first day. The keycards kept malfunctioning. The room was great, not as quiet as we would have hoped. It seems the locals use the road in front of the hotel as a drag strip between the hours of midnight and 2am. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The location is also really good-close to lots of restaurants and event centers.

I was disappointed with a few things. Several TV channels were glitching and not working... including Bravo which was the one I wanted to watch. The ATM machine did not have cash in it. There was a huge volleyball tournament in town so I was surprised they wouldn't anticipate that and be ready. And my room key did not work, on 2 separate occasions. I had to call someone up to let me in and the first time it happened was late at night. I waited 10 min standing in the hallway for someone to come up and let me in. Very inconvenient. The 2nd time I was shocked because I just gotten a new key. The good part was the staff/service was nice/helpful. The manager on site helped with both TV (nothing he could do) and the key situation. The bartender was also very nice. It's just frustrating with the cost of hotels so high ($1200 for 3 nights) it's upsetting when things aren't as they should be.

Prior to checking in there was a person arguing about there booking. Upon checking in, I was told my room was assigned and could NOT have a room on another floor. We entered the room and was slapped in the face (metaphorically) with a pungent smell. We noticed the bed was smushed in the middle, so we got up then my guest started sneezing repeatly. I went to the front desk (after being in the room for 10 mins) and they said its too late the card has been ran. I called expedia and they called the front desk and he told expedia that he dint know how to refund, that the general manager had to get involved. Overall I had to pay $25 parking just for the longest 10 mins of my uneasy hotel life.

The Hotel was great in all aspects, staff, food, amenities, facilities, cleanliness, rooms except for the cable tv reception in the room cut out every few minutes.

On the website it advertises parking - and allows you to pay ahead. However the garage doesn't belong to the hotel. When we got there it was full. The only reason we chose this hotel was to be next to Lucas Oil Stadium. Ended up parking over a mile away.

Great place to stay at, we booked last minute and everything went smooth, nice facilities modern and clean, very friendly staff and location is 10/10.
The only issue was -and still is- the double charge to my card. I booked with Expedia so I had a charge from them and then another charge from the hotel for $20 more. I asked about this before leaving and they told me the charge should reverse within some days. Fast forward to three weeks later, the charge is STILL on my account and I have been calling the hotel to see how I can get refunded and they keep telling me that the manager will give me a call back and I have yet to get a call back.
I don’t know if this happens often at hotels, I know using a third party website was a rookie mistake on my end but I wish the hotel was better at handling the situation and working with me.

Our stay at this hotel was awful. We came to attend the Colts' game and then watch other football on TV, but the TV did not work, and my son ended up watching football on his phone. The wifi did not work at all either. The staff blamed their streaming service, but for $200/night, this was ridiculous that neither the TV nor the wifi worked.

I was shocked to find out my room didn't have hot water.

Booked a two night stay. We arrived Friday night, check-in and parking was easy.
Starting Saturday we had no hot water and by the time we checked out Sunday they still haven't fixed the issue. On top of no hot water early Sunday morning at 3:40am we were woke up by two men banging on our door looking for chris who they met at the gastation across the street. My questions is how did these two men get to the 3rd floor in the early morning hours without being guest of the hotel.

If going to game at Lucas Oil stadium this is the place. So close and good prices. Big rooms. Nice and clean. Staff very friendly.

My room was in good shape. Hallways need updating but nothing that would prevent me from going back. What would prevent me from returning is that this is my second stay here and the second time that there was absolutely no hot water. Also, the water valve to the toilet was turned off at arrival. They need a plumber .

The hotel was conveniently located next to Lucas Oil Stadium. Easy to walk everywhere. Our room did not have hot water and was dirty. I complained and all I got was “thanks for letting us know”.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only disappointing part of my stay was how noisy it was on our floor. People were fighting, doors slamming and people talking loudly in the hallway and rooms until 2:00 am.

Drove 1000-plus miles, arrived earlier than expected and was able to get an early check-in which was greatly appreciated. Kendra was marvelous at explaining parking, etc., too.

We were way over charged for this room. Walls were paper thin, very difficult to sleep. Hot tub was out of order. Not worth the money.

I liked the convenience of being able to walk to the venue we were visiting. Didn’t like that there wasn’t a free continental breakfast, like at other Holiday Inns I’ve been to.

I loved the stay the room was great and spacious. Will be booking again
3.0
Pros: Bed soft and clean. Close to Lucas oil. Nice staff.
Cons: dirty bathroom faucet. Trash from prior customer in room. Elevator rail broke and taped. Peeling wallpaper. People partying in the parking lot. And they charge for parking after already charging a high rate.

We were in town for a Colt's game. The hotel was in walking distance from the stadium and has a parking garage. The room was spacious, the bed was so comfortable. The staff!!! The entire staff was so friendly and so helpful. We will definitely be back!!

Just returned with a group of Browns fans. The stadium was across the street. Parking garage super close as well as an easy walk to bars and restaurants. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. Andrew was amazing to work with prior to checking in and at hotel too. The breakfast was great too and the nice gentleman who took care of everything for breakfast was fantastic. We all had an amazing stay and as a veteran travel agent I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

An additional $25 to park at a hotel that you’re staying at is ridiculous.
The facility is nice enough though.
