This hotel has seen better days. The room was clean, the people were very nice but the overall hotel left a lot to be desired.
Although there were leaks in the hallway with broken windows, the room’s curtains were torn and tattered, the bathroom had a rusty tub and toilet was on shims, the room was comfortable. It didn’t feel dirty, just old and not maintained.
The breakfast consisted of old eggs, soggy biscuits, decaf only coffee because the machine wasn’t working, pretty good waffles and toast/bagels.
Would I stay here again in a pinch, yes, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

The staff was remarkable. As you enter the facilities is was clean and smelling delightful. However the breakfast need to be kept warm until breakfast is over.

I would like to thank everyone that works at this hotel. They were amazing and compassionate during one of the most difficult times of my life. A special thank you to Rene for always being the smile, the ear and the hug I needed.
The hotel is very clean, safe and they have the best coffee always available (very important factor for me). Thank you again for being my home away from home for those few weeks.

This hotel was clean and the staff was excellent. I travel quite a bit with my job and will stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. It was convenient to access the highway there were several restaurants near by as will as an HEB.

Sheets were clean, but old with holes in them. Towels were thin and had holes.
There is something underhanded with their billing. There were 4 additional charges charged to my account that took 4 days to fall off. We got a different story each time we asked. There was a $100 hold and then three additional charges on our account. As I said, this was additional to our room charge. Receipts did not match charges on my credit card.
Breakfast was average.

Hotel and staff were great. One bit of advice, change the way the pillows are set. We did not realize until the last night that they had folded in a small hard square. Totally unnecessary and I would think time consuming. There has to be a better way. Overall I would stay again.

I like the fact this property was easy to find( located) right off the freeway, around a grocery store and restaurants. I like that it was clean. The staff was friendly. I had a problem with the toilet, I called to get it fixed and it was fixed in mins. Only problem was the toilet but it was taken care of.

Advertised as handicap accessible, but unable to turn wheelchair anywhere but bathroom. Barely room to get wheelchair between bed and dresser without banging fingers.

The property was much nicer than expected and the room was spacious. However, my only complaint is that the blackout curtains did not close completely and we were in a ground level room.

The room we booked with a king sized bed had a terrible odor. We went to the front seat and we're offered a different room. Unfortunately, that room only had a queen bed so we paid for a king and got a queen. The bed was not very comfortable and the sheets had a tear in them. Very friendly service but the room was not adequate.

Front desk was very friendly, great customer service. Breakfast was good. The only problem we had was our sheets felt damp but the where dry not sure what was causing it. Carpet felt sticky but it was clean.

This was the perfect spot for my daughters tournament. The room was comfortable and the front desk service was very helpful. Location was convenient for restaurants and grocery stores and close to the community park. The bathroom did not have a working vent and so the tile and door became very slick when we showered from the steam. Everything was clean and nice.
