We came to Atlanta for a wedding. We booked three nights in a standard room. The room was much smaller than the photo led me to believe. The first day we left in the morning and came back about 2:00 to get ready. The room had been "clened" but the bed was not made. I went down and told the front desk but they could not come and fix it since we had to get ready. We returned then from the wedding about 1:00 AM to find cockroaches in the room. I immediately went down, and they offered me to change to a suite. this was acceptable, however, I will not stay there again. Overall, the place is dated, old and poorly maintained. Bad.

The room was extremely dated, but clean. The staff were extraordinarily friendly. One of the vending machines was broken, and the one with drinks was sold out of water.

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had, if not the worst. Everything was fine upon check-in, but once we went up to our room to rest after a long day of work and a long drive, we were met constant noise. They put us in a room that had another adjoining room through a door and we could hear the people in the next room and every word they were saying. They were being extremely loud, taking, after midnight. Person above us was stomping around like they were part of a stampede or moving furniture around. Again at 6am both noises were back and constant. Needless to say me not my significant other slept almost at all. Our complaints were not taken seriously by the staff. We ended up leaving in the morning and got a different hotel.

We stayed in a handicap accessible room.The shower was not comfortable for use by non-handicapped people The breakfast was very poor and the coffee undrinkable We ended up going out for breakfast.

Very clean place. Bedbug bags on each comfortable bed. Breakfast not so good. Quick and easy but not good choices.

Sadly we found that the soundproofing to be totally inadequate. We were woken up by the ice maker being used in the wee small hours, ( in the corridor adjacent to the room,) guests in the next room talking loudly and so much noise coming in from the corridor by inconsiderate guests passing by.

enjoyed my 3 day stay for the most part.
ran into manager & explained I would be checking out.
2 housekeepers knocking on my door long before checkout.
2nd housekeeper evidently reported "smokey room!"
3rd visit was manager & she barged in and told me
"you have to leave!'
Explained I didn't smoke!
Totally rude ending and terrible way to start the day!

We came for an overnight stay to visit family. We had stayed here before whichbis why we opted to book oir reservation here. The room was clean, it didnt smell of toxic air fresheners which makes your eyes water , and the bed was so comfortable!! I slept.like a log.

The one thing that we found that was very disappointing was the beds, they were extremely firm almost to the point of concrete hard. It made a miserable night for a good night sleep.

Was visiting family for Christmas and as I’m never disappointed I must say that the woman that worked especially on Christmas Day was one of the nicest most pleasant people I’ve ever met
She was constantly cleaning with the biggest smile and was so festive it made my trip

My room was infested with roaches. They all over the bathroom, in the bed, the window sit cushion was covered with them and up down the walls. I want be back!

It was a very clean and convenient location. The only negative I could see . It advertised breakfast was included but there was not much options for breakfast except cereal and refrigerated waffles to heat up in a microwave.

It doesn't matter how old the facilities are, cleanliness is everything, there were cockroaches, bedbugs, stained or dirty blankets, there were many uncleaned parts, we reported this politely and a lady on staff was very rude when we should be the angry ones, and there is also a very loud bar with music until 3 am

Man came to fix tv and killed a roach. Then said they just sprayed a week before. Kept seeing roaches. Last night we opened door and turned onlight and roaches were all over our food on the desk had to throw away our food AWFUL. THEY WOULD NOT GIVE US ANY DISCOUNT ON ROOM

Traumatized!!! Checked in Friday night only to find our neighbors were fighting and throwing things.. they got thrown out!! Sunday morning I saw a grown woman, a maid spit on the carpeted hotel floor!! Yes spit!! I have never in 43 years witnessed anything like this stay at this trash box of a hotel!! An absolute trash box!! What grown woman, a cleaning lady at that SPITS on the floor!! Spit on the floor beside my door as I was entering!! Absolutely disgusting and whoever this lady is does not need to be working at a hotel where she should pride herself on cleanliness yet chooses to spit on a public carpeted floor!! Wow

The young lady that checked us in was very nice. The man working with her has a terrible attitude and a attitude towards the public. He definitely does not need to be at the front desk. The room is clean and neat, but one thing they have not updated was to have usb plugs available to charge your electronics. The worst part was their breakfast. I’ve stayed at other MicroTels and they had good hot breakfast. This one does not, therefore, I will not be staying at this location when I come back.

Kind and helpful staff, the property is kept clean and tidy. Rooms and furniture are dated and in need of upkeep and repair. Breakfast is carb heavy...very limited protein options, but overall I have been pleased for the price.

I was disappointed that there was no Gideon Bible in my room. I reported this to the front desk and the clerk acted surprised. She said that the Gideons had recently dropped off some Bibles but when she went to look she was not able to find any.

Very clean place to stay. Rooms are small but it’s the Microtel…. It’s in the name so keep that in mind. It was perfect for what we needed for our short stay.
Reminder—walls are thin. Slamming doors, yelling down hallways & stairs echoes. Be courteous to your neighbors.

The staff was great and so friendly. I wish there had been a mini-fridge but I knew the room did not include one so I came prepared with a cooler!
