The room size was good, however i never seen such uncleaned room ever in my life.
Very bad soggy carpet on the room which was super dirty. Same goes with the sofa n chairs. The microwave looked rusted n smelly. Entire time there were flies moving in the room.
There was no hangers provided in the hangers space.

Room looked clean when we arrived but moving a settee showed a lot of debris. Sink had no plug. The bed was too soft for me and the pillows too thin. Service was good and efficient. A lamp was not working but it was quickly resolved.

My recent stay at this motel was far from satisfactory. Despite the website's claim of a fitness center, no such facility exists. The staff, who seemed to live on-site, were responsive, which was a rare positive aspect. However, cleanliness was a significant issue. The room had a strong odor of cigarette smoke, and every surface wiped with a cleaning wipe came back filthy. The bathroom had ample mold. Free breakfast was On a slightly positive note, the AC worked surprisingly well. Ultimately, this motel served merely as a crash pad, and I would not choose to stay here again.

The non-smoking room had a strong stench of cigarette smoke. The walls had strange marks on them. The room wasn’t filthy, but it was not clean to my standards.
I left a night early. I should have complained to the front desk, but when I went there the line was too long.

We had booked a non-smoking room, but it was stinking of smoke. And now our clothes are stinking. We believe that the maid did her best to clean the room, but she had no chance against the smel of smoke.
There was a very noisy party close to our room, so no sleep until 5 am.

Amazing value for the price ($97 online for two-room suite with four double beds). Comfortable beds, clean and spacious rooms, clean linens, kind and attentive staff, hot water with great pressure, $6/load laundry, full size fridge/freezer and microwave, blackout curtains. Only thing even relatively negative to mention is the rooms/appliances could be updated but the price is very generous for what it is. No actual complaints for about a three-week stay. Thank you, Rodeway Inn & Staff! 🙂

It was very dirty inside and out. First room I got the door was open before I got to the room and had no sheets and blankets. They changed my room but was still not clean inside the next room

Overall very clean and spacious stay. Free breakfast consisted of bagels,toast,muffins ,juice ,coffe and cereal and was in another motel next door.

The room was OK - (rooms are dated) as clean as it can be when dated. The Bathroom vanity was in very ruff shape. the Bed and sheets were clean. There was only 1 chair at the table. The refrigerator had BLACK mode around the seal which would only take a quick wipe to clean off (as I did it with a Lysol wipe). My main concern was the door jam was very lose and the door could of been easily pushed in. The door latch did not secure properly. Which made me feel not so safe. I check the doors near me and they were all secure. So it was our room that needed repaired. I did put the chair in front of the door (just in case) It was a 1 night stay. Check in and check out was friendly. I went down for breakfast at 8:30am There was nothing left but dry cereal , no milk. There was Coffee and Tea. There were no Bagels or bread for toast. Nothing else. I have stayed at Rodeway before it is OK for the price. 5* on the room size it was big and roomy. Thank You

The bathroom was dirty, the shower was falling off the wall, the toilets were clogged, the shower was clogged while you took a shower, the place was filthy.

The staff were excellent and friendly. We got to check in earlier which was nice since we had an infant. The bed was nice and comfy, the rooms were clean. Some of the suite needs updated, kinda not really worth what we paid.

This is my family’s 2nd time staying at Rodeway. The room was clean and very spacious for our family of 6. Conveniently located near shopping, eateries, and a 5 minute drive to the boardwalk. The staff was pleasant and check-in and check-out was very quick and simple. I will be returning again.

When I first book this I was not to convicted about the location but overall it wasn't bad at all.
Check in was easy, walking distance to a Sea food buffet and restaurant, outlets and other restaurants.
When we first got there the air conditioner wasn't working right by the time we unpack and went to the pool the had replaced the all thing.
The brought towels, change garage and clean the floors within the first two day. By the third day we came back and the rooms wasn't touch at all. It took me 2 call for the just to bring towels and change the garbages not even clean the floors or asked if we needed anything else, after that incident the maintenance guy apologized and things to around but the were no apologize from the front desk and no one never came and clean..
Check out was fast and easy the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and welcoming.

The property itself was in a great location. It is only 10 minutes from the beach and it is surrounded by everything. Very accessible.
The staff was courteous and accommodating.
Even though it was very clean, it is in dire need of a makeover. The rooms need renovations dearly!!

It was very roomy and easy for our 2 family trip. It was great having 2 separate bedrooms and a kitchen especially with having 2 small children. The location was great. Very close to the outlets and surrounding restaurants. Not very far from the beach as well.

This place was the most unclean place I've ever been. Mold all over the bathroom, door locks busted, no chains on door locks, carpet was moist, TV remote was sticky, bathroom sink was gross, refrigerator was rusty. Do not recommend. Ever.

Rooms were clean but rundown. Lampshades were dry rotted , ceiling blocks missing . Lightbulbs not replaced . Room attended to? No garbage taken out or clean towels daily .

We travel a lot with travel baseball and although it was convenient location wise, it was a terrible experience. Room was very dirty and by the dumpsters in a dark area. Recommendation is spend a little more money to stay at a clean and safe place!

We usually stay in Ocean City, MD but decided to stay at Rehoboth this trip. We enjoyed this facility so much that we are considering making this our new location next season!

Rodeway Inn is adequate -- certainly not fancy. The rugs and bathtub bottom needed to be cleaner. I got my room at a good price which was the main reason I stayed there, besides its proximity to beach attractions.

BED BUGS!!!! NEED I SAY MORE. arrived at 7.30ish pm left at 2.30am. Not even an apology. Did get a full refund from their sister inn. Because no one was at the desk. Called next day to get my deposit back they had already taken care of it. Never again.

The place needs to be gutted and redone. Sofa bed horrible, furniture need to be thrown out, carpets felt sticky, smelled and were stained

The location of the property was convenient and close to the beach, shopping and dining. I would say it would have been better if the tv and cable was more clear on the screen.

Overall good stay. Average property. Room could have been cleaner. Good for the price and location. Breakfast came in handy

Hotel is old and outdated. Wallpaper was coming off, tile was, at places, not there. Tub looked dirty. Carpeting looked original from many many years ago. Everything looked original from many many years ago. Noisy. Heard outside noise and lots of movement from the 2nd floor. Flies in the room. They did provide a fly swatter.
Beds were comfortable. Shower had good pressure.
I also, by accident, booked a smoking room. The staff tried to change us to nonsmoking but nothing was available. They did change us to a less smoke smelling room.
For the amount of money we paid, I would have expected a much better room.
