Property is beautiful- staff is wonderful

The room was a disaster. The phone didn't work and they couldn't fix it. The AC made crackling noises as it finished its cooling cycle (though they did replace it). I found someone's contact lens stuck to the bedside table (and some other sticky substance). The bed - although very soft - creaked any time I came near it. The bathtub faucet moved around if you touched it (you had to jiggle it around to get the shower to go on). The toilet and sink was designed for the height of a three year old child. I tried to order room service but they didn't have enough people to bring it so I had to go pick it up myself... and when I did go to the restaurant the menu only had half the items they had listed on their site. And and and... I could go on. The one very nice thing about the property was the people. When I finally found a way to call the front desk (see phone issue above) the maintenance person showed up in minutes and really tried to help fix things. The front desk was extremely polite and honestly tried to address the problems; they offered to move me to another room after the first night but I didn't want to do that then have to deal with another set of challenges as I was only there two nights.

The property is lovely. Very Spanish influenced and beautiful. Mattresses need a bit more “comfort” added to them. They are firm. Staff is very friendly.

The hotel accomodations and staff were good. Dining was not up to par for similarly priced locations.

We stayed for 1 night after a company holiday party. The ambience was inviting, and the grounds and views beautiful. The bedding was comfortable, however most of the interior, especially the bathroom, was ready for renovation.

Enjoyed our stay, no complaints

Booked thru Expedia and paid in full at booking. Front desk is very unfriendly and was giving us a hard time, by repeating that no check-in possible as they can't see such reservation in system, or they didn't receive payment from Expedia. The front desk wanted us to pay again. We eventually had to contact Expedia to sort out the problem. The front desk staff is a racist.

The room was clean - No refrigerator in the room was a bit inconvenient and no fan in the bathroom seemed odd. Bed was comfortable however we could hear the people next to us quite a bit. Housekeeping knocked at 9:30 to see if we were gone ( 11 am check out) and then again at 10:44 am. Extremely rude!

Beautiful Spaniard structure building

Service is fine, the staff are all friendly and happy to help you. Everything is clean. The facilities haven't been updated in a very long time. The hotel lobby was a bit musty smelling. The carpet is ancient. The rooms are dated. There were 2 televisions in our room, no working remote. The front desk didn't have a remote, no maintenance staff available. We fiddled with the buttons on the side until we got a channel. I travel often, the rooms here are far overpriced in my opinion. Holiday Inn Express and the like have far better rooms for a lot less money.

I am super disappointed with this one night stay at Mission Inn Resort & club. I am not sure if it is a mistake made by Hotels.com, it was shown as a 4-star hotel on hotels.com and I paid a lofty $350 for a Saturday night stay for a special family event. This price is way above other nearby luxury resorts on the same day. I chose this one for its advertised amenities, but it turned out the room I got is worse than a 2-star inn or motel. No fridge or microwave in the room, the noice from upper floor shower and flush is very loud. one of our parties forgot to bring a toothbrush, we have to pay $2 from the front desk. On site restaurant is expensive too. Except for a golf view from our room, nothing I have experienced here will justify the price I paid for it.

The jacuzzi was not working. It would have been nice if the bar by the pool was open and had some music playing by the pool.

We loved the grounds and especially the El Campion golf course. Las Colinas was beat up in the fairways, and needs work. Liked our room and view but the bathroom needs to be retired. Chipped tiles are old and dated. Nice Spanish tiles and a nice shower would be nice. No bathtub needed. Food and staff at Nickers very good. Staff at Margarita were very good, food was so so. La Hacienda breakfast was very good and so were the staff.

Very enjoyable, beautiful facility and good customer service.

The rooms are very clean. The property is beautiful and well manicured. The whole staff was great and treated my family like welcomed guests. We are already planning coming back for a week long stay to enjoy the property and just relax.

Beautiful property will definitely stay again

We loved relaxing and having what we needed all on the property. Great rate for our room. This was our second time here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. One separate note - The front desk was aware that a particularly troubled young adult female - a local, not hotel guest, occasionally comes onto the property and uses the pool, etc. She was heavily inebriated and unable to maintain safe boundaries towards others as well as for herself especially drinking and "swimming " in the deep end of the pool. She clearly needs help not punitive consequences but both front desk individuals were at a loss as to address what seems to be an ongoing issue with this person. I would think this is a potential liability issue for the Inn, guests and that person. My hope is that calmer minds prevail and it is addressed in a thoughtful manner. That being said, my husband and I did not feel it hindered our wonderful time here. We were just concerned and felt it needed to be stated.

What a great place. Incredible food. The buildings and architecture are like being in Cuba. I would stay again.

I don't know why I never new of this place. i'll be back. Incredible property, service and food was spectacular. Big Shout out to Major, Nate, Andy, Gemma, Donna and everyone else. great place. I hope new ownership doesent change much.

Checkout time is 11am. No reason for housekeeping to start knocking on door at 8:30. Then again at 10. Completely disturbing and rude. Fix that problem and the resort is beyond amazing. Beautiful. Grounds are gorgeous. Room incredible.
