Although outdated a bit (def need new furniture in the rooms), very clean, quiet, and an awesome and wonderful staff. Beer Garden food and drinks very good. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean the staff the staff was pleasant, but you had to request a maid the night before if you wanted your sheets changed and there’s no coffee kiosk in the lobby you have to go all the way into the casino but it was a very nice day

Loved everything about the Lodge.

It’s a beautiful lodge, the decor is rustic mountain cabin. Unfortunately the bottom floor room has no view.

I like the homey feeling of the lodge. Staff was very friendly. Check in and check out was a breeze. My husband and I stayed in the studio suite. The room was spacious, clean, tight when you walked in you could smell that it was clean but not over powering. The only complaint that I really have is that there was some mold where the seat area was in the shower but that was it. Other than that I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

I didn't appreciate paying a hefty price to stay one night and then not being able to check into my room at the 3:00 PM check in time. I had to wait an hour and a half before I could get my room. I understand being short staffed, but you could have at lease offered me a discount on my room or something for the inconvenience.

I had a lovely stay here! The brewery was awesome. The casino has affordable blackjack and slots. My room was nice and super clean. There is a dispensary on property as well, very cool. I was confused no one offered me a drink at the casino. Maybe BYOB in a flask. I don't know why no one was drinking.

Feather Falls Lodge has been and always will be excellent. The Lodge is clean and hospitality is excellent. Can’t give enough praise for the Lodge. It’s a 11 out of 10 for me and I will always book here when in town.

Excellent, no complaints.

The hotel rooms were very clean. We cleaned when we got there but it was already sparkling clean. Very surprised. The staff at the hotel and casino are extremely kind and attentive. Surprising again But I will definitely stay here again.

Friendly, professional staff. The Lodge did not smell like cigarette smoke, which was great and the room and bathroom were cleaned very well. The pool has a good amount of seating and is both indoor/outdoor The only downside is that the restaurant does not open early for breakfast, they open at 10am for brunch. Will stay here again and recommend.

Staff at check in was super kind. You can tell the lodge has been updated recently and is super clean. The housekeeping was waiting at the elevator when we exited and they asked which room we were in and made sure that we went to correct direction. They truly were super happy and kind. We were there for only one night for Chico graduation so we didn’t go to the casino. It was a pleasant stay. It hit all the important marks, safe, clean, and comfortable.

This a place with aging rooms and a casino with no decent place to eat.

Internet/Wi-Fi service was not good and made working almost impossible. If this is corrected the lodge would get higher marks from. Otherwise I loved the facility and staff was great!

Indoor/outdoor pool was nice. Too bad there is no way to turn the hot tub jets on.
