Overall this is a nice property. Our room was very nice and modern, and the bed was comfortable.
However, our room’s climate controls were not functioning so we had no air conditioning. To make matters worse, we had to open our windows, and our room faced St-Laurent/Ste-Catherine, so the noise was unbearable. Anyone familiar with Montreal knows that the clubs stay open until 3am!
Also, the water pressure was terrible, and I was concerned that the mini fridge was placed inside a cabinet with no way for the heat to escape. I ended up leaving the cabinet open the whole time. This is a design flaw that should be addressed.
We addressed the issues with the front desk staff and nothing was fixed, but to be fair, these sorts of issues can’t be solved immediately, especially on a weekend.
That said, the staff was very friendly and provided excellent customer service, regardless!

Broken elevator for 2 days, I had to haul my luggage to the 4th floor. No help offered. Non working ventilation for the first night. I had to wait 30 minutes for the magnetic card. Coffee machine not working. Employees don’t seem to care about any of this. It’s a shame, it used to be a great place a few years ago.

Overall hotel is great. However conversations and noise travels completely through the ventilation vents. One can hear every moan and bed creak from next door. Shower water pressure is also very poor.

The reception staff are lovely and the view too. That is it. The place is trashed, the room had scratches, broken floor, oxidised, no kettle, coffee machine didn't work, I found hair in and around bed, and the phone. It smells. You can't turn off the bloody air con. And the breakfast is pathetic, don't even. Jog-on people, you deserve better. For 20£ I could have gone to a Marriott but hotels.com couldn't help anymore.

Room was very nice. Only complaint is the toilet seat is unstable and the shower needs some shelves in it to hold more than just a bar of soap.
Valet parking is expensive a there is really no option to self park anywhere close.
Breakfast was 20$ each and very limited. The many states sausages and different things that were not there. No juice, no bacon or sausage no pastries, only ham eggs tater tots(real potatoes would be better) and croissants toast and 3 cereals. Not worth 20$.

We couldn’t have had a nicer stay at this hotel. The rooms are so comfortable, clean, and very stylish. The staff are amazing, especially the friendly fellow who checked us in and out (grey hair and glasses). We will definitely be back :)

Nice place, quiet and stylish. Feels like it needs a bit of a refresh, odd finishings etc. We had the 2 bedroom suite but the sofa was tiny. No cutlery in the kitchen area. A ceiling lamp has been removed but the fixtures were still there. Vacuum left in the hall. We had late check out. For the price in central Montreal it's a decent place to stay. We wouldn't rush back. It felt like it's trying to be luxury but it's not.

Pretty cool place. I love the look and comfort. The young fellow at the desk was brillianr. Helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. Also the young fellow who was valet parking today was awesome!

Nice clear property in a good location. There’s no parking on site but there’s a valet parking option for a fee. This was an ok option. The problem was that the valet service is only available between 7:30 am and 11 pm. This is understandable from a worker’s perspective but you can’t access your car outside these hours (and if it’s late you can’t park it yourself and walk back to the hotel).

If you have a larger vehicle they can't accommodate parking for you so you'll have to park in a pay parking lot down the road or a few streets over. And they also charge you to park your vehicle. Definitely not a fan of paying for a room and pay to park my vehicle. And then you have to wait for them to go get it. Other than that the place is really nice and the staff is super helpful and knowledgeable.

Hotel Zero One was a great option for my friends and I! It’s in such a great location!!! Walkable to complex Desjardins which connects to the metro station Place De Arms which was perfect since we could stay warm in the underground city! Also an easy walk to many sights such as old port, notre dame, and iconic clubs and restaurants. There were some frustrations during our stay, the shower water was hard to keep at a comfortable temp, either scalding or freezing. Additionally my boyfriend and I left our room with the SVP service please sign to get housekeeping, we left for over 10 hours and when we returned our room had not been touched. The restaurant was also never open. The Couche Tard attached to the building was fantastic but kind of hard to find! But, overall, We stayed in a beautiful panoramic room with amazing views in a great location for a great price. Some parts of the room were a little worse for wear (I.e there was a broken outlet) but had very comfy beds and good TVs. If you’re looking for a place with great vibes and a good home base in a great location hotel zero one would be a great fit! But it is no where near a “luxury” hotel if that’s what you’re looking for.

I loved this hotel so much! Very clean, cute hip rooms. Amazing location to be able to walk only 15 min or less to a lot of great locations. Also such a great price for the room.

Location is great. Close to all the city sights. Plenty of self parking options at reasonable prices.
Front desk staff was friendly. Room was nice, cozy and had everything you need. *The shower head/attachment wasn't the best but did its job.
Our room never got cleaned, but not a big deal since you can easily get fresh towels from the front desk.
I'd recommend this hotel if you want clean, modern boutique hotel close to all the sights Montreal has to offer at a very reasonable price.

The front desk staff were great, the hotel is what I would call budget stylish. The area around the hotel is not great. Daylight hours no real issues but I was not super comfortable being out after dark. Montreal is not the clean nice city it used to be unfortunately. With that said, I don’t regret staying at this property and do recommend it especially if you don’t have a car to park
