I had trouble with key pad on the door to the room. Had to insert card several times for it to work. It was a hassle and inconvenience. Other than that the hotel itself was clean and neat.

For the price I was very impressed with the service and room quality and location.

Could not figure out how to work the tv. All we would get is “No cable or signal detected”

The hotel was overbooked, so they turned me away when I went to check-in. The clerk was friendly, but could not get me transferred to a sister property.

The hotel was well located for ease of off and on access. It was near some good restaurants and shopping. Our stay was comfortable. Unfortunately, we had a visit from a cockroach noted in the kitchen area sink.

The room reserved was not the room they put us in. I had to go down to the front desk and ask for the room i reserved. They put us in a new room and then in the morning the toilet didn't work. I told the front desk and she said they would fix it. When we came back, it still didnt work. Went to check out and told her. She said oh yeah i forgot maintenance doesnt come in til the evening. I should have given you a plunger

I did not understand the ice machine being in the laundry room.

Our family reserved a king suite for 2 nights. When we drove up to the property it was clean and there is a Starbucks, Olive Garden and gas station in the same area. Positives First: The front desk staff and all of the staff actually were very nice and helpful!! We were checked in quickly. Our room was on the 3rd floor and was very spacious. The room was nice and clean! The fridge was a great size, there were dishes and cupboards and a dishwasher. Definitely enough space for a family of 4 and probably more with a sleeping bag or air mattress. Negatives: The elevator. We have a person with disability in our family so we rely on elevators in hotels. This elevator did not work properly. The front desk staff actually said it’s broken several times in the last few months. It was scary every time we used it but we had to. It actually broke the night of our 2nd day and we had to figure out how to get the family member down the 3 floors of steps. Not ok. Thankfully it was working the next morning. Also…breakfast. What the heck?! It said continental breakfast on the site but what you actually get is a microwaved, dry, sausage or bacon Jimmy dean sandwich and a fruit if you wanted it. So disappointed. My daughter said it tasted like paper. She was correct. No waffles or breakfast bar here. Ugh. The bed: our king bed was so so uncomfortable. It was like we were laying on coils with no cushion. Worst sleep we’ve had in a long time!

The front desk was very nice, but the elevator was out. From reading other reviews it had been out quite awhile before we arrived. A heads up when have been nice because we had a lot of luggage for a long trip. The room was very hot and would not stay cool; it was also not very clean and housekeeping could definitely stand to be retrained. We also had an extremely loud guest across the hall screaming and slamming things all hours of the night. The TV in the bedroom was missing a remote and we had to switch back and forth with the living room remote if my daughter wanted to watch something different. There was also no breakfast which was kind of an inconvenience. We were offered fruit, poptarts and microwavable sandwiches, but that's not something we were interested in for a long stay. The 3rd floor was also very hot, dingy and musty.

Staff was friendly and helpful. However, I was told after check in that the elevators were not working and I would have to take the stairs. I did see later than a small sign had been placed on the 2nd set of entrance doors. However, this is information that should have been conveyed prior to check in. I have rheumatoid arthritis so stairs are difficult for me. The room was comfortable and clean. However, the stairwells and hallways were hot and muggy. It is somewhere I would stay again once the elevator situation is taken care of.

I liked being next door to Starbucks and Italian restaurant. On the negative side: The hotel appears aged and the hall carpet is dated and smelled stale/moldy. The lobby area is nice but the remainder of the hotel looks well used. The inoperative elevator gives the impression that the management is lacking funds to provide modern day updates. The location is perfect and would draw more visitors if updates were made. And lastly, while I understand that renting rooms to the companies for their construction or oil fields workers is essential to the bottom line, it can be a negative for the hotels overall appearance and demeanor. Very nice ladies working the front desk.

The room was very clean and fresh. The Ac had been on and there was no mustiness and the air was crisp. I would have liked to have had a hot breakfast line available, but the breakfast bag for heating in the room is a nice idea and handy.

I was given keys to someone else’s room who was staying already. I was told they were sorry but I booked on hotels.com so they couldn’t do anything. The third floor had no ac running so hallway was hot and musky. Elevator was out so I had to up and down to the third floor twice because I was giving wrong room. Will not be staying there and this is the second time I was treated differently there for booking with hotels.com

Our Family stayed in a King suite. King in master & pullout in living room. Everything was clean and comfortable. Temperature was comfortable when entering the room. Customer service was great! Staff was friendly. Our only complain was that the elevator was out.

The fact that the elevators were out of order and we had to climb three stories each time we came or went. There were no other rooms available. So we had no choice. For someone our age, it was painful. We were told because we went with Expedia we couldn't get a discount . Which I think was unfair. And not breakfast was available either. Don't think well be staying there again. And because there elevators were down, they should of done more for us.

The front desk made the check in/out process very quick and easy. I was only there a few days but was extremely comfortable. It felt like being at home.

This was my first time staying there and It was centrally located. The room and bed were comfortable. The only thing is that they don't offer any type of breakfast

Have never stayed here before, but found it be comfortable. Only problem was when looking forward to sleeping in on Saturday and Sunday morning cleaning people were in the hallway having a grand ol' time, and not quietly. Guess that goes with only being a couple doors down from the laundry and area that housekeeping works from. But still they need to respect guests quiet time.

The lady who checked us in was very rude and had no smile. But the lady on our way out was very kind.

It was ok for a one night stay. Front desk staff were nice. My only issue was house keeping disturbing me multiple times before check out. Check out is at 11am, and I requested a late check out at 12. The first knock was at 9am, then again at 1030. Why? I had a late night and wanted to rest as long as possible before my long drive back to North Texas.

Watch out for this place!!! My wife and I stayed here for 3 days. They made me pay the $50 deposit with a card and I just got back $15. Now the hotel is saying my wife and I took a pot from the room....who takes hotel dishes?!?!? My wife and I DID NOT remove anything from the room. I've seen scams like this before as we stay in hotels a lot, so be warned...this place will steal your deposit if they want to
