Hotel was really clean, stayed for 3 nights. Always seen housekeepers cleaning, wiping down glass doors, and taking time in rooms. The service was 4 stars, seemed to have a bew staff members. We asked questions and they said not been here long, i will ask management. Like no music playing in pool room. And he said, its only his 4th week here. Still learning, but on his own now. Management said "should automatically be playing in pool room". No splash pad, its been closed for sometime, please dont book for that only. Also the pool was really a cool luke warm. Kids were shivering. Spring break 3/24. Said they just hadmarming pump replaced on comments in early march. However, its chilly. No towels were there. Again new employee said they would have to find someone to help, since most help left for today. We had 2 rooms and both were nice. It was the sofa bed and 2 queens. Plenty of room for 5 of us. Breakfast was just so so. Not much choices They change it up every day on what the offer except, biscuits and gravy & waffles. The juice machine has water, oj and apple. The canberry jucie didn't work. The location was the best part! Close to everything by about 10 mins to all! Family of 9 would stay again.

Swimming pool was not heated and the additional water sprayers were not working. This was the reason for my family to pick the hotel and make the stay.

Was all good except there was no bedding for my daughter on the fold out sofa. Luckily, we had brought her blanket from home, and they were able to provide 2 fitted sheets.

I was highly disappointed when I booked the room I have four children with me (1 adult + 4 kids - it's how we roll). I booked a double queen with a hide-a-bed sofa (sleeps 6). I take the kids to swim and was told there are no extra towels for the pool... we compromised. When we unfolded the sofa bed, there were no sheets, blankets, no pillows... just a raw mattress. I went downstairs, asked for linens and was told "we have nothing extra. everything has been checked out." I asked "are you sure? why would you let me book a room with three beds, if there were no linens?" the response from the front desk worker was "probably because we have cheap owners." He was able to find a couple of flat sheets and there were only three towels in our room (for 5 people). no blankets, no pillows, no extra towels, the mattress on the sofa was stained and dirty so there was no way...very disappointing for the price paid for one night.

The room’s air wasn’t working and it was hot! The water sprinklers wasn’t working either. The breakfast was awful. The juice and food and supplies was not refilled. I had to ask many times.

The splash pad and pool were the ONLY reason we picked this hotel over others. Heater is broken on the pool so the water is freezing and the splash pad is broken, even missing a water cannon. The hotel is kept clean and nice, but I awoke around 1am shivering to discover our heater had started blowing ice cold air and cold air was seeping in from underneath the blower unit. I turned the heater off for a little bit and then set it up 80° and it started blowing warm. Went back to sleep only to wake up for the day to it blowing cold again and the room being cold. Breakfast was good and plenty of non-carb choices.

Some of the things in the room needs to be updated but other than that nice stay…

The hotel room had bloody towels When asked at the reception to do something the lady said you can check out. I was supposed to check out the next day so if asked to change and clean the room but by evening I returned the room was as it is. Very disappointed and very poor service and even the management was not helpful 😖

They wouldn’t let us check in unless we said we had at least $150 in the bank, even though the room was already paid for up front and they had a credit card on file. They didn’t even charge the card. Then after we got the keys it took 4 trips back and forth to the desk to even get the keys to work. After we got past that the stay was ok.

Nicely updated, ultra, comfortable bed, clean, friendly staff, reasonably nice breakfast, plenty of parking, and in a great location. A wonderful value for the price. Definitely boxes above its weight class!

The street leading up to the property was really dirty with trash and paper all over the place.

Great spot to stay in! Did it on our to our final destination and liked it so much did the same thing coming back home.

The staff at the property was great. After my stay I had questions regarding my bill and after calling the number that google recommended I was disconnected and transferred multiple times by Comfort Inn personnel (not sure where they were located) who were extremely rude. I had one hang up on me. If I could get through to Little Rock staff I would stay at this place again but will never deal with Comfort Suites again. Terrible!!!

Didn't like our Bathroom and too dark.

Check-in was a breeze. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our room was super clean and larger than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. The only improvement I would suggest is to have coffee available all day and to have regular creamer or half and half. (All the creamer was flavored.)

Only choose this hotel so my daughter could use the splash pad and entire thing was broken and we were not made aware before booking

If you’re booking because the Splash pad appeals to you, call ahead and make sure it’s working. Chose this location because of the splash pad, checked in with three kiddos, no mention until the kids had changed and we were entering the pool area.

It was in a great area

Very clean and modern. Just if you need to go to the Hesrt Hospital it’s a walk. You’ll need an Uber each way. About 10.00
