The property was clean and nice looking. The room was not. The floors were cheap, ill-laid laminate. There was rust around the light fixtures and vent in the bathroom. The lamps all had bright white light instead of soft yellow lights. The curtains did not fit and would not close all of the way. The front desk clerk was really nice. The fitness room was lacking for a hotel of its size that advertises as a convention center. The pictures of the rooms on hotel.com need to be updated to show laminate flooring. I would not have booked because I prefer carpet.

We were booked into an accessibility room. There were not many adaptations to accommodate a disability other than bars in the tub.

Room smelled like smoke and heater not working. Breakfast set up is somewhat confusing with ‘coupons’ and the lady that checked me did not go over that with me and was somewhat unwelcoming

Easy to get to, well-appointed hotel with plenty of parking. Somehow, the room was not very dark at night, which made sleeping difficult. The front of the hotel is very well-lit, but this light comes into the room. New blackout curtains that cover the whole window are needed. There are also flashing lights on the ceiling that prevent total darkness.

I booked this last minute after walking into a disgusting nightmare at a motel down the street. Easy to check in, reasonably priced, clean, comfortable and friendly staff. I would recommend this to anyone that might be looking for a cheaper stay. Cheaper stays inthe area are undesirable at best

The property had construction going on for renovations. However the staff was very apologetic. She mentioned the floor I stayed at remodel was complete. My only complaint was the shower pan didn’t feel sturdy and shower door wouldn’t close all the way. Also disappointed the pool was closed especially during the summer time.

Jacuzzi room was super nice and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the soaps smelled really good. The shower was super nice and spacious. The AC was perfect. I wish there was a little bit bigger TV in the room, but not a problem. Almost everything was super clean. My only complaint was that the jets in the jacuzzi need to be cleaned, glad we didn’t turn them out when it drained you could see black residue from the jets at the bottom of the tub.

They were doing construction so the pool was out of order. Breakfast was $10.99 and they were out of most items when we went in so we went to a restaurant instead. Coffee was $3.50! Added expenses made for a not pleasant experience. Will not stay there again.

I pick this hotel due to there advertising that they provide airport transportation. Once checked in I was informed they do Not provide transportation. I could book a hotel that did provided transportation or a cheaper one to cover the Uber. They should remove this service from there website

Coffee machine in the room was broken with no replacement available. Breakfast service didnt start till 7am even though website says 6am. We had an event to be at by 645am. No sound barrier between floors. Every step sounded like a stomp. The room had a dingy smell to it.
