The location close to the Station, good breakfast, quiet, elegant bar area to spend the evening, nice rooms, very friendly staff, for sure 100% customer oriented. I had also a small problem with my invoice and the solve it very quickly.

We loved our stay. Lovely and helpful staff. Great location. Food good but limited menu. Loved the traditional swiss environment. And what a lovely pianest singer.

For a five star hotel felt choice of food could be better but would not be deterred from returning.

Basically everything! Miriam at reception was the sweetest! The bartender from Portugal made a mean martini :). And the waiter from Germany was the life of the party at dinner! Room was fabulous! Town is beautiful! 2 min walk to train station and main town…just fabulous! We will be back!

The room Maid was very friendly, all Other employé were under Stress and Not professionell That i expect in a 5 star hôtel, for ex we arive at 10:25 am and the employe told me in an agressive way that we are too late! After complaining she said that she is under pressure and it s not easy to work here…….

—room not ready at 3 pm —not renovated junior suite —no mini fridge —no good separation with Oder terrace —no air circulation it was 27 degrés —noise during the all day because of swimming aeration —this hotel must be renovated , it s not a 5 stars but a 3 stars I will never recommend this hotel, I paid 1200 for 2 night It s simply not acceptable At the restaurant we have to wait 55 minute for the first course! Love the friendly welcome, excellent food and service, very much appreciate that the keycards for the spa/pool area are limited due to C-19. A very good sign for any company and especially for a hotel, that staff stay for many years... I recognised a few faces :-)

I forgot how close the railway station is but I don't think it is possible to stop the 5am train ;-)

Very nice view on the Eiger, excellent breakfast, super spa with wonderful massage, sauna and Pool - all handeled with great care by the very friendly staff.
