-Great location (although the Hotel is situated in just 2 min. away from Budapest Old Town, it is very quiet)

shower glass was too short in length for a tall person. water would always get on the floor due to my height and it forced me to stand very close to the front of the shower.

The hotel was fine. Everything was ok and worked. My experience with the staff was positive. I would consider it again.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very cozy. Breakfast is usual English breakfast selection but of a good quality and variety of choice. Nice underground garage to park your car.
WiFi wasn't stable enough, with it is improved. Also wish the garage fee would be included in the room price. Please be aware that the hotel is located up the hill. I like walking so for me it was even an advantage, but those who don't may find it hard to get on feet.

excellent location.Check in with Lili after a long flight from Toronto went quickly, friendly, professionally Surprisingly bottle of wine waiting for me in the room.Hotel presentation/thank you/ through reception staff cleaning ladies breakfast assistance restaurant staff I will give the highest compliment number 10!! See you guys I hope pretty soon!

nice hotel, clean, the restaurant, and best recepcionist Istvan :) he allowed us to charge our phones after check out and even gave us champagně to spa :)

Excellent location, great restaurant, nice views of castle/palace walls, and easy access to upper wall city views to the south west. Elevator to that level was 50 metres from hotel.
Mattresses were tired and stained and should be replaced.
Small tv screen. 50 to 55” would be standard for our room and tv location.
Lack of a convenient charging station and lack of USB port for device charging were major issues for us.

The location was great. Short walk to some of the major historical attractions. Quiet street. Everything was super clean. The breakfast was fine. Sparkling wine was an unexpected surprise. The staff was very helpful.
