Everything was perfect: location, service, room setting and amenities, fantastic view from the balcony.

nice place, close to old town.

room was not ready, not even two hours after our arrival. restaurant service was poor and food frozen.

pool was lovely, as was breakfast and bar area. the staff (especially Silvia) we’re AMAZING.

Beautiful place, great view from thw room with balcony on 2nd floor.

We came in the afternoon, but still had to wait for the room to be ready. Room and bathroom, quite tiny.

The proximity to town.

We paid alot of money for the room. We got conflicting information from the staff about various things. We were only there for one night and were hoping to use the pool - my husband got in and was promptly told the pool was closed for cleaning!! I saw the spa area was green!! We ordered drinks to have by the pool only to have staff 'forget' about the order!! You are paying a premium for this crap service.

The parking available was great and really helpful ... I think it was 13 euros per day and they reserve you a spot. The rooms are pretty small and the bathroom was even smaller so the floor ended up getting soaked it's difficult to get the shower head in the right place without flooding the place. The view from the room was great as I paid extra for this, but the balcony can only fit one person on at a time so not great. Breakfast was really good and staff are really friendly.

Surrounded by countryside, beautiful scenery. Nice swimming pool to cool off. our room for three was perfect. our granddaughter had privacy in her room. I saw some of the other rooms as we walked the halls as the maids were cleaning. They had gorgeous views but were small. we had no view but needed the extra space. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered extensive selection. I’d stay here again for sure.

Great location, you can walk to the town.

Its better to arrive in your own car because the train station isn't close and there are few taxis in the town.

perfect location, exceptional staff who were very friendly and nothing was a bother for them. Room was lovely and cleaned every day. could not fault this lovely hotel. had a fab holiday.

The pool is nice and the location is excellent if you are headed into San Gimignano. the balcony off the room is nice as well.

The bed is hard, terrible pillows, and the shower is very cramped. it’s tough to maneuver in the bathroom.

this is simply not a four star hotel. the whole hotel is very dated, just far too expensive for what you get. the staff made up for this but honestly I would not return. we had to pay €13 per day to park there which made no sense when they had their own parking lot. cleaners were loud outside our door from 9am and then did not clean our rooms. there was no dinner facilities and breakfast was extremely average. overall, would not recommend at all!
