the wasn't any hot water! and hardly any water pressure.
the toilets didn't flush. we had to use a trash can to fill up with water to flush toilets.

I was very happy to stay there -- the staff is attentive and the hotel is in excellent condition. The included breakfast was wonderful. The only issue is not a small one: the staff could not resolve my issue with the hot water supply. There was no follow-up or explanation for this problem.

There were quite a few service issues
1- not enough towels, never delivered till past 6 o’clock every day. 1 day they forgot all together. Some of the towels had tears.
2. The door lock was not working as it did not align properly for it to slide into latch. I reported this and they came and removed the metal latch. This rendered the security useless.
3. The safe did not work, could not set a security code. It was replaced but not secured to the wall. Anyone could take the safe as it was not heavy.
4. Never enough toilet paper, single ply does go a long way. Had to go to the front desk to get more.
5. Breakfast food was plentiful and tasty, but the service was poor (missing clean cups, dishes and glasses) 5 out of the 7 days of my stay. Also the breads rolls were left uncovered outside and there were ants, flies and other insects all over them).
The front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The location is very convenient, close to restaurants and malls. I didn’t like that they don’t care about placing bed sheets that cover the mattress. It was very uncomfortable to sleep with sheets that were moving all over, we ended up sleeping on the mattress without sheets. We stayed in a few other hotels comparable to this one, and we could tell the difference in employees attitudes. They were not rude, but not welcoming either.

The facilities are basic. The service is bad. We went out to a party and came back at 2 am, the hotel door was closed, no one at the reception and there is no bell. 15 minutes hitting a glassdoor and no one attended. Already desperate, we hit a rock and the manager comes out with airbuds!! It's terrible that they don't think about the guest, arriving in a desolate neighborhood and alone, only to be knocked on a door, with no answer, is one of the worst experiences you can have.

I just did not like the floor in the shower which was very slippery and there was no safety bars, for this reason I cancelled the 2nd night I had reserved for Sunday

It is better than the NH hotel or Hilton Cali. Of course it is a small hotel but better NH hotel. AC extremely quiet, good bed and good breakfast. Excellent energy in the rooms and hotel.

This place is out of date. Rooms are pretty simple in a really bad shape. Bathroom fixtures are full of green mold. Chairs ripped off, broken tables,walls, door. The manager was unwilling to do anything.

It was in a pleasant neighborhood. There was a Jacuzzi in the bathroom but no way to fill it.

Good hotel in general. Good service. Noisy sometimes. Not all of them have windows outside (including expensive ones). There are no irons in the rooms.

The hotel is good and well located but during the check out when I requested the invoice the person at the reception didn’t want to give me the invoice saying that the invoice was a responsibility of Expedia in a mockery tone and refused to give my invoice, his name was Sebastian Aguirre, after saying to him many times that in Colombia it is mandatory to give the invoice with the VAT included by the law then I got my invoice, this is the first time that something like this happened to me and makes me think that this hotel is avoiding taxes

Breakfast is great . Very good service and the room was sparkling clean . Tip : go to the local supermarket close by and buy your own water ,soda , beer and snacks . They have that in the room too but a bit expensive . The room has a fridge which is really handy

The MS Jardin Plaza hotel is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Very close to Jardin Plaza and Unicentro Malls. Its on an Not a Through Street which makes the noise level almost to zero.

The hotel is beautiful, quiet place, fantastic breakfast and very kind staff. For the price is the best you can get in Ciudad Jardín area. I would recommend this hotel 100% specially if you want to have a unbeatable included breakfast. The minor drawback is the parking since it doesn’t has a full parking lot other than a parking bay, but you can always use the MS Premium parking lot that is a couple of blocks away.

The hotel is well centrally located, super friendly staff. Only issue we had was that the area kept losing power. The hotel had generator however not for the whole hotel. Regretfully the generator didn’t reach my room on the 4th floor. The room was comfortable, and i even arrived before check in time and they could accomodate me. This MS hotel also has a MS premium a little bit further up the street and they offer a superb massage. Paola was great!
