The beds were horribly uncomfortable. And when we ran out of tissues, we called the front desk and they said they would send some up. They never did. We had to go down and get it oursves. Also, our last night there the cable tv went out and never came back on. I believe i should get at least a partial refund for our crappy stay at your hotel.

Rooms were small and tight and had strange odors throughout. Staff was friendly but I wish there would be some remodeling or a change of carpets/ fridges / bathroom detailing due to the scent . Pet friendly but charges a $53 fee for your pet

As someone who travels with a small service animal, I was thrilled with this attention to detail. Overall, my experience at Hampton Inn was exceptional, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Stroudsburg.

When you first come in you have Lydia who greets you, always smiling, asking how are you doing, who text you to make sure you have everything you need or know whats around the area, super kind and jolly. Hotel was completely clean so I guve it to the hosuekeeping for keeping that up because it was a lot of people there. Then the lady who helps with breakfast is also super helpful and jolly doing all that work she fast too, so Thanks Ms Cook you can tell you have love for people and very experienced with your job. I like the pool area as well when its crowed just come back little later. Great stay Great people and Price is Great too
