Appt was nice, right in the city and close to everything. Thats where the positive stops. Firstly the appt is supposed to have streaming services, these did not work in my room, eventually the local tv worked but only after multiple phone calls to management. I was in town for business(travel there every 8 weeks) got up at 4am to leave, no hot water so cold shower. Left a note written on back of my business card telling of my issues on reception desk. I got an email asking for feedback. At around 9. Not a phone call an email. I rang the number on the email to give feedback and to say the reaction was underwhealming is an understatement. I was made to feel like my issues were minimal. I liked the appt and would have booked there again if my issue was taken seriously. I even waited till now to see if someone from indulge bothered to reach out and apologise for my cold shower at 4 am and the lack of streaming services i paid nearly $200 for. They got my money, thats all they cared about.

Bad communication. Received no entry code whilst being locked out after hours Room smelt of Mexican food all night. Very noisy

The staff were wonderful - very welcoming. The keys are located in the remote access box so you still need to use the automatic system which does feel odd when a staff member is sitting there so that's a little strange but again super friendly and helpful when checking in, during stay and on check out.

Accommodation was spacious, clean and centrally located

The property was beautiful, modern, clean and we loved our time here. We didn’t like the street noise though as it was very loud and disturbed our sleep.

I always book two rooms with two bathrooms for our travels with friends. We were expecting this apartment to have two bathrooms - I read that they were en-suites. When we arrived we found one bathroom with one separate toilet. Not ideal for two older couples. The apartment was very “plastic”.

Apartments were lovely and clean, updated and bed was comfortable. Street noise was a little disruptive but overall great secure place for work or leisure

Location very good. Noise on 3 consecutive nights from local night spots leading to a thumping base sound through the walls and floor until 2am. Checks not adequately done as shower handle came off in hand when hot water flowing - very dangerous fault.

Always amazing and value for money is above par. Close to everything including my gym across the road. Parking easy check in easy 5 starts every time I stay.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when we booked an apartment above the shops in Mildura’s CBD. I loved the attention to detail - beautiful interior and lovely products in the bathroom.

We were initially pleased with the room. However, the appeal was wearing thin before midnight on Saturday night when the noise from Sandbar next door was making sleep impossible. On the suggestion of the owner, we contacted police just before 2am (and this was effectively 3am because of daylight saving time beginning). Police were well aware of where the noise was coming from - as no doubt the owner would have been, as the bar was there before the apartments - and said there was a 4am lockout on Saturday night. Interestingly, the cleaners and local shopkeepers we spoke to the next day were also clear on where the noise would have been from - amazing how the owner was not. DO NOT book on Saturday night - and a responsible owner would not let it out. There was also an issue with a smell in the bathroom. After a morning with doors open (to a bird poo covered balcony - really..clean it or screen it) it was bearable. We then went on a sunset tour to Lake Mungo, and on return the smell was overwhelming - as attested by people from two other apartments who could smell it from the corridor outside. Yes, the owner did arrange for us to move to a down market apartment several blocks away - which meant retrieving the car, shuffling up and down stairs, shuffling in to the next place, all after 10pm on Sunday night. Finally went to settle down with a glass of wine after the kerfuffle - and the glasses were filthy. It is not a good idea to have guests wash up - the job was not well done.

Modern and minimal, just what we wanted, but location was too loud for us

Close to river, shopping, food, easy walk to anything. Spacious clean rooms excellent beds and quiet. Slept well, air con kept us cool on a day of 43.

Great centrally located apartment but would love to see smiling face on check in rather than an automated service but I guess this reduces our cost and is the future! Bakery and Zambrero right next door!

Most luxurious apartment. Very happy with everything.

Loved the decor of the room. The self-checkin system was easy to use and convenient. Great location in the CBD of Mildura.
