Excellent location across the road from Sennen Cove. Bedroom, food and service all good

Staff very helpful changing our room from an upstairs room to a ground floor room to accommodate my wife’s elderly parents. Rooms were excellent and breakfast was very good. Thank you

Excellent choice. Great location and our room (11) what a great view. bar was fantastic atmosphere and good selection of beers and wines. Restaurant was excellent nice selection of meals at a reasonable price.

Staff, room and food were excellent

We stayed at this lovely Pub in May. We had a small double which was comfortable, clean and had a Sea View. Our stay was made even more enjoyable by the staff, who were all really friendly and most helpful. There is a very small Car Park at the front of the Pub but we parked on the Beach Car Park across the road from the Pub (£9 for 24Hrs).

First time staying at the Old Success Inn but will return. Loved the location and rooms and the staff were all very helpful and friendly

Absolutely beautiful room, huge bed, brand new bathroom, amazing sea view. Great attention to detail. Staff were lovely and the hotel is in a brilliant location. Good value for money given breakfast was also included

A wonderful find. Ticked all the boxes for us. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. The room was high spec (even Elemis products in the bathroom. To wake up and lie in bed seeing the sea is priceless. Will definitely return! 😁

Location was excellent for a Lands End - John O'Groats drive. Understaffed, we hadn't booked a meal so there was no hope of getting food, hotel was a little noisy from the kitchens which detracted from getting an early night and the pillows were like sleeping on a sack of spuds!!

From checking in to leaving the service was brilliant. Friendly and efficient. Clean comfortable room with modern and bright feel. Food was good. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Take away cups in bedrooms a great idea to fill up with hot drinks on leaving.

We stayed for four nights in a double room at the beginning of March. We had a fantastic view of the beach and surrounding hills. Bed was very comfortable. Room was as warm as you liked as easy to change temperature on the heater. Staff in hotel, bar and restaurant were friendly and efficient . Breakfast, lunch and evening meals were wonderful. Would definitely recommend !

Whilst the location of this hotel is great and the room was clean and neat I wouldn’t go again. Coffee machine in the room didn’t work. Neither did the bedside lamp. Tried to report it but reception was closed and no one answered the bell. We decided based on the advice from reception when we originally checked in to go for dinner in the restaurant. Checked the menu and there was a good range. Checked into the restaurant and was going to speak to the receptionist that booked me in but she was too busy on her laptop behind the bar. Went up to the restaurant to be told that they only have one chef. 75% of the menu was gone and other items sold out. As vegan/vegetarians there was only 2 meals for us. My partner is allergic to mushrooms so could have it and the second meal wasn’t vegan so she couldn’t eat it. Ended up in us leaving and having to drive 30 miles to find somewhere for dinner. Then the alarms either were being set or went off around 2330 which was very loud in such a calm place. Next morning go for the inclusive breakfast to be told again that they don’t have everything that’s part of the menu. Went to check out and no staff so not even able to address the issues. Poor service. Payed good money for a romantic night away but it was a proper downer.

Very convenient, friendly, modern and comfortable place to stay. Stayed in old building and this was modern decorated and well equipped. Good size too.
