We loved our experience at this property! Our group included my spouse, our 2 adult children and their spouses, and 3 grandkids. We never felt crowded - everyone had privacy when needed and plenty of room. The house and property were beautiful and modern. It was easy to reach out to the property managers, and they were very responsive. The location was great! Close to the beach, 2 grocery stores, pizza, and a wonderful donut/snack shop. Our family loved the pool/patio/back yard area, but we also went to the beach every day. Great memories, and we hope to return to this same house next year!

Blue Swell properties are always an amazing experience. This was no different, there were some minor inconveniences that were resolved quickly and addressed promptly by management. I felt like a valued customer and it's honestly why I come back each year.

The house was fantastic and great location. We loved the pool. The rear sliding door was hard to open and close. The dining table chairs were loose and need to be tightened. The house was not cleaned well. Toilets were dirty, floors had some dirt on them that we had to clean up a bit when we got there. One of the pillows in the bunk room had what appeared to be blood stains on it. The second king room only had the fitted sheet and the blanket, no sheet in between. The pool was also missing the safety ring, not really a big deal. All in all it was a phenomenal stay and would definitely stay again. Just a few missed opportunities that would have made it perfect and would have made 5 stars.

The house was in great condition. Everything is new and updated. The backyard and pool were the best! We had a great time. It is only a couple of blocks from the beach, and the golf cart was helpful for that. The only issue was that we rented the golf cart but the key was not at the property, so we had to call and wait for someone to bring the key before we could take it to the beach. It wasn’t a huge deal because we just played in the pool while waiting, but I would check for the key as soon as you get there if renting the golf cart! I will say that the neighborhood itself is not the nicest around the house, but we felt safe the whole time and the back yard is so nice and private that it was fine. Would stay here again!

Lovely ranch style home and a backyard oasis with a pool. The beach access was about two blocks. The house was clean and beautiful. Convenient to shopping at Pier Park and not too far of a drive to Rosemary shops and The Hub (Big Chill) at Prominence. We had a fabulous time!

Our stay in the Blue Hideaway was nothing short of perfect! Communication with the staff/owners was always positive and helpful. Someone came to check on us hours after we arrived. We were able to get in 1.5 hours early and the house was immaculate when we arrived. The kids went directly to the pool while adults unpacked. The golf cart we rented was waiting in the garage, ready to go pick up groceries at Carousel. I highly recommend renting a golf cart. We enjoyed the ease to/from the beach, Carousel and Thomas Donuts. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the kids loved their bunk room. All the amenities definitely spoiled us. The outdoor kitchen and bathroom were game changers and the pool with the tanning ledge was perfect for the little kids and lounging adults. Our family has already talked about when we can stay here again. It's absolutely perfect for us!
