The hotel was very nice and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good

We were in town for a 2 day cheer competition, and booked this hotel, not only because it was close to the venue (15 min drive) but because it was a ⅓ of the price of surrounding hotels, and had great reviews. Upon check in, we were greated by Dominque, who was very welcoming & friendly. She told us anything we needed to let her know and she'd bring it up to our room. The room was pleasantly large, and clean. The bed & sofa bed were comfortable, but unless you're a fan of feather pillows, those were ⅘ stars. Later in the evening, while down in the lobby & bar, Dominique was rocking it, juggling making drinks for bar guests, as well as quests chicking in (there were a couple of other group's there as well) and had a smile on her face the entire time. (She was honestly THE BEST part of our stay). The next morning, breakfast was good (eggs were kinda cold) and the 12pm check out definitely made me a fan!

We really enjoyed this stay! Very nice hotel and location! There was so road noise, however not so much it kept us awake or awoke us. Personal preference: Not fans of feather pillows. The shower pressure and head were a struggle but everything else was great!! Highly recommend and would return.

The room that they gave us the shower was clogged up. We got in late so had to wait until next day to get it fixed. Maintenance came up in the morning to unclog the tube. Other than that issue, the room was fine. No complaints. I would stay there again.

Appreciate having room to sit and hangout in the room. Nice having a frig. King size bed is very comfortable and bathroom is updated and roomy.

Stayed one night for a an event at the Texas Credit Union Event Center. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. The room was also nice and dark and the temperature was easy to adjust. The gym was nothing special, but did the job. The room with a King Bed has a nice area with a couch. The breakfast was great (eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, french toast sticks, oatmeal, yogurt, etc). Front desk staff were kind and efficient. Parking is close and easy.

The location was not easily accessible to nearby activities. The staff was short, it was difficult to get the room cleaned and sheets changed. They rarely answered the front and didn’t have room service. They also double charged me.

We will certainly stay at Hyatt Place/Allen again given the opportunity! Hopefully both elevators will be functioning by that time.

The beds in the first room we were given had not been changed or even made. The second room didn't even have a bar of soap. We had to go to the front desk and request one because the phone in the room had no cord. Additionally, the property was just off the freeway and VERY noisy. Just didn't feel comfortable, clean or safe. Very disappointing- especially for the Hyatt brand

My stay was great here. Staff is amazing! I had to extend my stay and they worked to help me keep my room so I didn’t have to move.

Service was very helpful & friendly. The breakfast was good and its in a very convenient location. The only con is that it's right near the hwy so there is a lot of noise from traffic. Other than that, I recommend the hotel, we had a great experience.

My family of 5 come to N Texas every year between Christmas and New Year to visit friends and our extended family. This is our second year to stay at this Hyatt Place and it did not disappoint. The hotel is lovely and the rooms spacious. The staff was friendly and very helpful from checking in to checking out. The location was very convenient to shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend and look forward to coming back next year!

When I got there I was told the football team took all the rooms . I had to seyyle for a room that I didnot reserve. Very inconvenient but the guy made sure the next day that I got what I jad askee for. This was scary because I paid a head of time before I traveled over four hours away to find out the two beds were gone.

I have to say what was unique for me was the breakfast most hotels serve continental breakfast but they serve actual full breakfast food, also very clean, friendly and very nice rooms. What I did not like was the pull out sofa bed this need to be updated with new mattresses you could even see how old it was when you pulled it out but the actual bed was very comfortable.
