Great apartment, very convenient. Fully equipped kitchen, perfect to cook dinner. Easy communication with the property owners. Hot tub is closed due to COVID. Be careful and be sure you park head in if you don't want the HOA to put a sticker or even tow your car...

This was a great condo and very clean. Beautiful views and comfy beds. We were a little disappointed that the washer and dryer weren't in the actual condo but we made it work.

From the beginning, the owners were extremely responsive! We have stayed in rentals in this area many times so I will focus on some unique features here: covered parking was extremely convenient and no need to step in the snow to the front door, gorgeous views, fully stocked kitchen (Kurig, yay!) and warm/ comfortable beds! Only concern was that the slats are too wide if you have young children and were hoping to have them upstairs- ours is old enough to know better but just wanted others to be aware. Otherwise, again, wonderful stay- wouldn’t have traded this family time for anything:)

We highly recommend this beautiful, clean condo with a great balcony view! Before we even arrived, the owners were quick to answer any questions and their directions were perfect. The condo was very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook and we cooked a lot since the restaurants in town were closed due to Covid numbers. The beds were comfortable and extra quilts were available. The covered parking was an especially great perk!

We wanted a place with a mountain view and this condo did not disappoint. It is a top floor, corner unit, with a small balcony and amazing views of both Dillon lake and Buffalo mountain. It would be tough to top the views here. The condo itself is comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen has been updated. The actual Buffalo Ridge condo unit is older and with the view comes a nearly 10,000 ft elevation. I had no problems with altitude but beware. It is on the third floor and there is no elevator. You must climb three flights of stairs from the parking below. It will get you in shape. The clubhouse was closed due to Covid (which we knew already) so there was no pool or hot tub and the game room was closed. Some things such as the age of the condo are impossible to change. The owners have done a decent job with updating. A few suggestions: (1) change out the white dishwasher. (2) do something about the cord management for TV and electronics-it distracts from the appearance of the condo. (3) the condo does not have enough lights- add and update the lighting in the condo (4)there is a shortage of electrical outlets (5) the thermostat did not appear to work- there was no heat- we didn't really need it much (used the ceramic heaters) in September but you might need it in January and February (6) the tiny ceiling fan is practically worthless- get a larger ceiling fan and do a drop down from the center of the living area. Overall, nice place with fantastic views and close to several good hikes.
