This use to be a great location...at one time.
The homeless and closed business's are around the corner. No fault to the owners. The owners need to start a revitalization process through the city or county or this property will go by the wayside. There are very few places to eat near this property.

the whole experience was excellent, the eco-friendly no big deal. (the hotel dint do the recycle ) but. absolutely excellent. employees the show care and really nice. the building is old and a good care. our experience was excellent.

The staff was wonderful....from the front desk staff, to the server/bartender at the hotel restaurant, to the chef. Everyone was friendly and made me feel like a valued guest. Hotel is clean, secure, and comfortable.

I had an early flight and needed a room close to the airport and a downtown section. Found The Holiday Inn to meet those needs. The front desk staff was amazing and so helpful with their recommendations. Hotel was clean, safe, and comfy.

The property was in minor disrepair. A pole light was laying on the ground in the back. Gutters were coming off the building at the back entance. The room had no USB ports. Apart from this it was an enjoyable stay.

The part of town was a little rough. There is security on staff at night. The room was ok but the bed not comfortable. The restaurant only had one staff member for breakfast. She was trying but it took a while to be served. The variety wasn’t much. The pool was dirty and water was not clear. The staff was super nice and friendly.

We will never stay here again. Do not recommend! Our room smelled like mildew and was so hot all night long. It was also not clean at all. I will never book through hotels.com again. I am very very disappointed!!!!

The area around the hotel was not a good area. The rooms were very dated and not so clean. The people at the desk were very friendly

The hotel was nice and clean with service minded staff, but the breakfast was in a restaurant attached to the hotel and we received a 20 dollar voucher to use for the breakfast (for two persons).
We saved so much on breakfast that we left the table half-starved. The price was over 20 dollars, but the hotel did not demand payment for the excess amount.
I don't think you can say that breakfast is included when it is not fully included.

50 cent hotel but not really in downtown fort Myers. Restaurant was way understaffed although the front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Whole floor and room smelled musky. Trash cans at elevators were filthy. Door handles inside room filthy. No hangers in closet. Furniture in room was very dinged up, seemed old. Front desk staff very nice and friendly. Restaurant ok- not much on selections, but convenient.

Kurig in room did not work but there was a Dunkin' Donuts next door. Shower water did not get very warm and, even though I took a quick shower, it was cold by the end.

Overall great stay. Only issue I experienced is the sheets of the bed. I'm not sure if it's the detergent used or what but it did cause some mild itching to my skin. All staff were helpful and courteous.

Smoke and noise. Apparently this hotel is a full time stay for some less fortunate individuals. This creates a weird environment. We moved rooms because of the smoke and the front desk gave another guest keys to our room! Wow! Not fun!

Very old and smells like smoke. Rooms very old and noisy. Very outdated. Water in room smelt like chlorine. Not the best place to stay. Breakfast was awful , poor waitress was so overwhelmed. Do not recommend

This is an older property that is in need of some updating to the rooms. It was certainly sufficient for what I needed but I was expecting more.

The staff was helpful at check in. The room is clean and quiet. It's just a few minutes drive to restaurant, shops and stores. The pool is great.

The room had a mildew smell that seeped into all my clothing and bags. The first room i was in had little to no water pressure and the bathroom itself looked like a horror film.

This property was incredibly dirty! We stayed here for 2 nights because we had a wedding to attend in downtown. The halls were dirty, the elevator was unclean and the room had a dirty fridge with a shower that had some mold. Highly disappointed in this place as we had stayed here in June and it was great which is why we booked again.

You asvertised this property in Trip Advisor as Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza. This location is in a high crime area with homeless people and prostitutes.
Likely an experience that drives me never to use Orbitz again. IHG had to relocate me. They indicated I would get a refund. If you at all would like to keep my business, please confirm true. And stop misleading customers. Thank you.
