Great location and very comfortable property. Pool/ hot tub out the bottom entrance, pond hockey out the top. Will enjoy again, thank you!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this condo for the 9280 Pond Hockey tournament. The location is great. The management company is mediocre. The client portal is user friendly but you have to drive 5-10 minutes to get the keycards and parking pass. Parking is a nightmare. One spot for the condo and the parking spots were a tight fit for our Tahoe. The condo has very thin walls, we could hear people coming and going and was especially loud at night when people were still partying. The kitchen is minimally equipped to make meals. It appears that no one goes through the kitchen to organize or see what people would need to cook. The coffee machine broke and the toaster was shooting out sparks. We ask for both new and the mgmt company appeared to be on top of it but did not deliver when they said they would. We had to buy coffee from the shop across the way two mornings (thank goodness for the close location to the shops). Not ideal for a group of parents trying to get kids to hockey. Overall, for the price, there are probably better managed properties in the same area. Some areas of the condo were not clean (spills down the cabinets, duct tape holding a lamp together). Looks like a property that is in the business of making money and does not prioritize the comfort of the guests.

Location and property itself was nice, despite the thin walls and being able to hear everything through out the night. Main reason for poor review is the fact that we had no TV and no Wi-Fi throughout the entire duration of our stay. After many phone calls with property mgmt and calls to xfinity, it was determined that the owners had a past due balance and could not contact the owners. The property mgmt handled the situation very poorly being that it took them 24 hours to come out to determine the issue and the fact that they initially told me, the guest, to contact xfinity to resolve. Went to speak with Adam, the keystone summit property mgr about some sort of compensation, and he said he could only do what the signed rental agreement states. I informed him that we wouldn’t have signed it had we known there was no Wi-Fi and TV. His response was that he also didn’t know about it. So disappointed in Keystone Summit Property Mgmt!

Reviewer Comments: Unit 1403 was an extemely nice place to stay for my son's wedding in Silverthorne it worked out great for our family's stay in Colorado. very clean and modern place to stay, highly recommend this company.

For the most part, the condo was nice; however, there was so much 'party' noise going on both nights that we were unable to sleep. We had to keep the windows open for ventilation. Many of the 'acitivities' that we were looking forward to were not open/available. Some of that may have been due to rain, but not all.
