I was in 1521 had baby roaches crawling around the room!! I was not pleased with the stay.

Scarlet Pearl is a beautiful casino resort. They were very accommodating with our non smoking room request. Very clean and friendly. Plenty of delicious choices to eat. No maid service during our 3 night stay, but if you needed anything, they would get it to you. No problem getting free drinks while in the casino. We had a wonderful stay.

The hotel itself was fine. Beds were comfortable and room was nice. However, the check-in process was RIDICULOUS. My husband and I traveled with our 2 and 3 year old children and had to check them in. I got stuck in the lobby with my daughter because she was “not registered” and I could not register her as the hotel was in my husbands name. I however was on the list, and the room was paid for with my card. But my two year old daughter could not go to the room until my husband came downstairs with our other toddler to check her in. Mind you this was also at 2 am, and we were checking out in 9 hours at 11 am. The whole process was infuriating and unnecessary. Do not stay here if you don’t have extra hours for the check in process.

This place is a hidden treasure. The view is gorgeous and the customer service was second to none. Very clean and the valet service was excellent. I stayed 3 nights for a birthday celebration and I enjoyed every single day. Security was as very polite and friendly.

We usually can't find a good room rate at the Pearl but were able to this trip. The room was spacious and the bed was not too hard as most places we stay are. hope we can visit there again soon.

The coffee pots was torn up so I had to spend $10 on coffee at the shop downstairs. The pillows were so hard that I couldn’t sleep and the lighting in the bathroom was so dim that I couldn’t see how I was putting on my makeup. The room was so beautiful and clean but there was some important stuff that will keep me from staying again.

Dislike: Restaurant close too early we got there about 11 there were nothing to eat I suggest having a small menu available cuz the casino runs 24hrs why not have a least burger or chicken available late for guests. Consider having the pool attach to hotel no one really like to go out when people coming in to get to the pool area. Would be nice to have more affordable gift items with your the logo I like to buy gift. My mother, husband and I visited I had two rooms. We agreed the rooms we great clean and comfortable we started on Monday but loved the rooms we stayed till Friday. The casino was clean the air was great. Restaurant clean fast seating food great. Registration easy quick and welcoming. Overall the staff were very nice and accommodating. This my husband and I 2nd time visiting we see the upgrade and some changes since visit. I would suggest people to visit you would love it just know there not much to eat after 10. There is pizza and pastries if you like that after 10pm.

First time using a hotel in a casino and wasn’t impressed. I figured the service would be top notch across the board. It wasn’t the best but it wasn’t the worst, I wouldn’t stay again. I would try another property before going back.

My 1st experience staying here! I paid for my stay prior to arriving. I got there and they didn't have the payment. I tried to explain to the check in receptionist that I had a receipt from Expedia. She didn't listen so I paid on site. I called multiple times trying to get a resolution and no one seemed to be able to assist me until 3 hours later. Supposedly there was a glitch in their system. Of course my on site payment was tefunded but I'll be waiting up to 10 business days for it to return. Besides a dry apology nothing was offered for my trouble

All was better than expected. We are MGM travelers and had stsyed at the Beau Rivage for three nights. I was so impressed with the Scarlett Pearl Hotel. The room was great with a wonderful view of the water. The food was great as well as the service.
