The hotel itself was fine. Beds were comfortable and room was nice. However, the check-in process was RIDICULOUS. My husband and I traveled with our 2 and 3 year old children and had to check them in. I got stuck in the lobby with my daughter because she was “not registered” and I could not register her as the hotel was in my husbands name. I however was on the list, and the room was paid for with my card. But my two year old daughter could not go to the room until my husband came downstairs with our other toddler to check her in. Mind you this was also at 2 am, and we were checking out in 9 hours at 11 am. The whole process was infuriating and unnecessary. Do not stay here if you don’t have extra hours for the check in process.

Felt very safe!

This place is a hidden treasure. The view is gorgeous and the customer service was second to none. Very clean and the valet service was excellent. I stayed 3 nights for a birthday celebration and I enjoyed every single day. Security was as very polite and friendly.

We usually can't find a good room rate at the Pearl but were able to this trip. The room was spacious and the bed was not too hard as most places we stay are. hope we can visit there again soon.

It was clean, modern it had easy access. Overall, it was a good stay dining facilities were a little exorbitant.

Awesome place to visit economical and great food.
