The tropical house with a pool is an amazing home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the house.
The host was kind and approachable.
I have suggested to the host that a dryer during the wet season would be a good addition to the house.
We will definitely stay there again the next time we travel to Darwin.

Property was great for our family holiday to Darwin for golf. Location was perfect with an easy drive into the City, Mindil Beach Markets, shopping centres and the golf courses we played. The pool was perfect for the kids and adults, rooms were good with air conditioning and fans which was needed in the hot weather. The owners were great! Very easy going, friendly and helpful… Would definitely stay again if we go back!…

We came over for Nationals, only 15 minutes away from the race track. Nice quite suburb. Everything we needed. Perfect for small families. Host was lovely. Thanks for having us.

when booking suppose to have entire property ourselves asked if owner lived on property said no only come around once a week to mow lawns
when checking in another couple where occupying the back unit said they where leaving Sunday which they did then the owner come to stay there the rest of the time not really a problem but would have been nice to know
dish washer was not working after using the clothes washer also broke down had to pay to use a laundry mat
on arrival the fridge had food left in it which had been opened and freezer had left over meals in it
not enough cutlery for 6 people no sharp knifes no bbq tools only plastic ones which of course would melt
no spare toilet paper no dish washing liquid could go on with more but it was quite disappointing with the way things where run even when the owner was there no contact about broken appliances

Property was well laid out but let down by uncomfortable mattresses in rooms 2 & 3 when advertised that property caters for adults...strongly suggest upgrade to beds.
Not generous with toilet paper as only rolls available were part used on holders and no washing detergent in laundry supplied even to do a first wash. Glass shower door in main unit was faulty and needs repairing as water leaks onto floor. Pool fence needs repairs as doesn't meet safety standard. Door handles/locks were loose and needs attention. Dishwasher not functioning??
Enjoyed outdoor area, pool and covered carport.
Situated in good suburb, IGA supermarket close by.

Overall was excellent, clean and as described. Ample space and accurate description. The swimming pool was fantastic.
There is a second suite that shares the yard. The couple that were there were great and added to our trip so it was not an issue for us, just something to be aware of.
Host was responsive to emails and requests.
We will stay there again if we return to the area.

It was an easy place to stay, shops just around the corner, Darwin just up the road, Litchfield a nice days outting, pop down to Berry Springs for a dip. Excellent hosts. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Beautiful home, great location, great bedrooms and pool, a little small to keep up to 6 people (we had 4 adults and one child) and was a little crowded. Definitely room for improvement. Great host was very good with communicating. But overall had an enjoyable stay.
