The property was easy to access and very clean upon arrival. There are a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms within the property, which is very accommodating for large groups and the property is very updated with modern finishes. I would highly recommend.

We had 8 people and this place was amazing for all of us. Each of the bedrooms had their own en-suites and then there were two additional full bathrooms making it easy for everyone to get ready. The location was quick uber rides to everywhere we went (Broadway, The Gulich, Germantown, etc.) The actual neighborhood looked a little questionable at first but we never felt unsafe and was extemely quiet.The only thing I would recommend to the management company is to have the walls cleaned. It looks like people spilled drinks on the walls as they were coming down the stairs and the walls are stained. Other than that, plenty of amentities provided and we enjoyed our stay.

Location was perfect - close to downtown and had nice restaurants in walking distance. House was perfect size for our group of 10.

This house is in a great location in a trendy neighborhood and is also close to downtown Nashville. Everything was clean and well maintained. The rooftop patio was an extra bonus.

I’ve been a little disenchanted with rental properties lately, but I was so please with our stay here. Everything was as advertised, and the property was very well built and comfortable. The coffee pods were a really nice touch as well. I had to reach out to playlist a couple of times and they were extremely responsive. Great visit to Nashville!

We are a party of six that I enjoyed this, modern, up-to-date, impeccably, clean condo that afforded us, lots of space and privacy. Communication with the property manager, Alex, was easy as he went out of our way to answer our questions and make us feel special.

Property is as described and as shown in the pictures. Plenty of room for large groups. Beds are comfortable and every room has its own bathroom. Wouldn't recommend adults sleeping on the sofa sleeper in the loft; it's a bit uncomfortable and the loft gets especially warm. House has everything you need and is clean and well-maintained. Super easy access to Broadway and other parts of Nashville. Excellent food choices in the neighborhood. This is a transitional neighborhood with a varied and diverse community. Also, this home is part of a 4-plex, so expect some noise from the bachelor/bachelorette party crowd. (We had a group behind us of golf buddies and a group next door with strippers until 3 am.) The view of the Nashville skyline in the evening from the loft's outdoor deck is spectacular!

Had a great stay, short Uber rides to the action on Broadway was able to walk over to Nissan Stadium, and there's a few local bars within walking distance of the property. Had a little heating issue that a few text and phone calls was able to fix.. The house it self was great with separate bedrooms and bathrooms for all.
