For the price I guess you get what you pay for. Main bathroom dirty and the shower head and water pressure did not work. The kitchen was dirty as well. It is DEFINITELY hunted. The bottom bunks so uncomfortable with the thin mattress and the bars digging into you. The grills to bbq was pretty cool tho. The location amazing. And the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The dude definitely needs more then the bag of rags he showed up with to clean a unit that he kicked out cuz it was 10:03am he was rude to them.

6 min walk to casino, 4 min walk to beach, and very spacious. Needed to be deep cleaned it was dust everywhere and poop on one of the toilets… the shower water didn’t drain properly. Had everything you needed in the kitchen even though I brought my own..

The place was about as nice as you’d expect. A step up from a motel but not quite hotel luxury. The location was great and it satisfied our needs. No complaints.

Overall the stay was awesome, and we’ll consider booking again. There were some things to note, and could be better!
Pros:
• Have nice essentials like handsoaps, cooking utentils from plates, pots, and spoons/fork.
• Very clean property
• TV was nice with premium accounts.
• Good amount of towels for a family of 5 (maybe not enough for 8)
Cons:
• Out of the three rooms, only 2 rooms had heaters (one wall heater, one portable heater)
• Beds weren’t the best. King bed was a little uncomfortable because of how bouncy and hard it was (felt some plastic sheet inside?). The bottom bunk beds were thin, you can feel the metals, but the top beds were fine!
• Could use more carpet because the floor can get very cold.

The location was impeccable. It’s a very clean and charming home. We would 100% stay here again on our next Tahoe trip.

In bathroom #1, the shower controls are reversed. The hot water knob is very hard to turn. The vanity sink does not drain very well. The exhaust fan is located in the hallway, outside the shower and toilet bathroom.
In bathroom #2 the toilet works very poorly. If you use a plunger, then the water comes up the sink drain.
This is an old place with poor plumbing.

To give proper props - I asked to check in early and they allowed me to for free and good location.
- The code given to get into the place didn't work. It took two people and several attempts for it to work.
- Both toilets were clogged, We ere able to unclog one. Contacted them more than once about the other without a response from them so only had one toilet the whole stay.
- Fold out couch (futon) was beyond nasty/dirty! The crease had so much dirt that we could pick it up with several paper towel then had to clean afterwards just to use it.
- Mattresses in bunk ares so thin you can feel the metal underneath it
- Mattress in first bedroom uncomfortable.
- Shower pressure VERY low and doesn't working properly - most of the water still comes from tub faucet when shower on. Barely usable.
- Just before leaving we ran the garbage disposal - after running it, there were sewage smells coming from the sink near the first bathroom
- No place to the dispose of trash as the dumpster is locked so trash had to stay in place with us
- I communicated this via message and phone and never received a follow-up. I gave then time to get back to me before writing this review as I don't like to write such terrible views
I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGIN OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE ELSE
The plumbing needs to be fixed and IF effort and time is put into the place and it COULD be a good place.
