Good location. Too many decorative pillows in both bedrooms and living room. Had to find places to stack them. Poor lighting in living room and over the dining table(too dim). Parking garage is a bit scary with all the temporary supports. Nice and neat and clean.

We enjoyed our stay in Kona at the Kona Plaza condominium. We loved how clean it was. We loved that it slept six people very nicely. We enjoyed being able to walk down to the beach and the shops just a short five minutes away. It was a very convenient and comfortable place to stay.

Stayed here for the Ironman World Championship. Fantastic location- very convenient and close to race venue, and many restaurants, all within short walking distance. The condo was great. All updated kitchen. Lots of space. Great having washer/dryer. Convenient parking underground. Hold not have picked a better spot for race week. Very happy with our stay.

We only came across one issue during our stay, and it was solved quickly in an agreeable manner. We loved the location. There were grocery stores and lots of good food close by. The apt itself was spacious and clean. We loved it!

Location is great, appears to be in a part of town with many homeless people but had no issues there. Main problem was a pool was advertised in listing but they did not have a pool permit so my kids couldn’t use it. Washer was also broken. The linens all had a must mildew smell and home just didnt feel cozy but it was a great location. Open kitchen, living room area. Was refunded and able to relocate without issue. Thank you!

Overall we enjoyed our stay,when we first arrived the floors caused our feet to be dirty,we mentioned this and it was promptly cleaned and mopped the one disappointment was the pool which our two girls really wanted to use was closed the whole time we were there

Condo has been very nicely updated, A/C worked well and the enclosed lanai makes the living room very spacious. Everything was clean and all the necessary kitchenware was available. If you have stayed at other Hawaii condos, please be aware that there is minimal beach gear available (2 boogie boards). At first we were disappointed but by keeping all the closets clean and free of clutter they can control pests and we did not see any bugs in the condo during the entire stay, which is a first in Hawaii.The location is fantastic and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

The condo is sizeable and in excellent shape. Service from the property management firm was a fine. The location is in downtown Kailua Kona and is near tours and restaurants. The pool was not available during our stay.

We enjoyed being so close to down town. On a negative not my husband got asked right outside the property to buy drugs from a guy. Another local saw this and warned my husband to get away from him because he is bad news (scary). We were very unhappy with the extremely hard beds. My husband and I both endured back pain from this along with lack of sleep. We ended up sleeping on the air mattress for 2 of the nights. The unit also only offered 2 beach chairs. We were hoping they would be more beach supplies for our kids.

Condo was comfortably accommodating for 4 adults. Open kitchen area is great and modern appliances. Property is well kept and 1 block off of the main A'lli Drive road. Easy access to everything. I would definitely reserve this unit again. Property management communications are great!

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kona Plaza. The place is quite nice, exactly as pictured. The location is great—close to cute shops and restaurants as well as highways
The only thing that’s daunting are the rules for the property. There are signs stating the fines for smoking on the property, not having the parking pass in the car in the right place, parking on the ground level, etc, all over the place.
I’m sure the rules are part of the reason the property is as nice as it is, and really, they aren’t difficult to follow. I just wasn’t expecting all the reminders and signs

First time rental on this site. Very happy with our decision. The location is amazing with so many restaurants and shops nearby. There are Smart TVs in every room and internet worked great. The Condo was very clean. The kitchen is very upscale with everything you need. Air-conditioning and washer/dryer worked fantastic. Secure underground parking and comfortable beds.

I was a little nervous because I've never used this app before, let alone renting from a third-part property just based on a few nice pictures/reviews. But I was pleasantly surprised to see this gorgeous condominium that looked just like the pictures and described to the T. The best part about Kona Plaze is that it's located in the heart of coconut Grove walking distance from the fruit market, shopping centers, and very nice restaurants on the water front. Knutson & Associates, take care of any concerns or problems that come our way immediately. I would definitely book with this company again. My only complaint is that now, this unit is posted for a cheaper rate per night, then I got it for

Ages 44 to 85 is our group of four. Accommodations work for all ages. Elevator access, close to the strip, pool and air conditioning. Beautiful space would most definitely book that condo again.

The condominium is very well upscaled with newer appliances, floors and bathrooms. Couch is very cozy and full with internet/tV technology. Location was great with next to the beach , Ali drive. Property management was all the way on the top of everything from check in , welcome Message to checkout and would respond to every single text message.

Check in process is detailed but the most important information (address, apt number, and lockbox location) are not set forth upfront and should be outlined at the beginning of the email. The place was extremely clean and spacious, but the balcony was virtually non existent which was disappointing. Location was very nice in the center of town and walkable to many shops and restaurants. Toilets are very small and unusually low. Pool is on the smaller side but water was cold and not heated. Make sure you register your car with the property manager and keep the parking tag on all the time.

Kona Plaza #212 was the perfect rental for our stay in Kailua Kona. It was clean, spacious and just a block off the waterfront area. Easy walk to restaurants and spectacular sunsets. Good proximity to Safeway and Walmart for supplies. Overall the perfect place for us!
