Ce lodge de 316 m² constitue le lieu de séjour idéal pour vous détendre avec un bain à remous et un balcon où savourer un délicieux cocktail, mais aussi un brasero et des barbecues. The place was even nicer than the pictures made it look! Our friends had a great weekend here and we'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice large place in the Hocking Hills.

Wonderful Christmas trip

To say this is a beautiful place wouldn't do it justice. The owners had it beautifully decorated for the holiday, which we really appreciated for our impromptu Christmas getaway. Lots of space for our group of 8. The place was spotless and well appointed with everything we could possibly need. We enjoyed the trails on the property, and at both Old Man's Cave and Ash Cave (about 20 mins away) and the hot tub after. We were treated to a rare winter thunder storm with downpours all evening but the covered wraparound porch kept us protected. Great place for dogs! Our's enjoyed running around the expansive property with not a neighbor in sight. Special ammenities that show that extra touch include wood you can buy onsite and a dog clean-up station. Great communication with the owner. A+++++ on all counts!!

High Meadows was beautiful. We were doing a pre-thanksgiving celebration with family. I was pleasantly surprised at how stocked the cabin was. I brought pot/ pans/ disposable cutlery and plates. I absolutely did not need to bring those things. Tanya reached out the day of to wish me a good stay. I would definitely stay again.

The property is clean and well maintained. The communication prior to arrival is clear and concise. The views from every direction are phenomenal. The house is well thought out with fun family activities and areas laid out on every level. I highly recommend this property.

The house was just as pictured and very nice. Tons of space for everyone to relax. Overall the house was very clean and well stocked. Communication with owner was very easy and prompt. Would not hesitate to rebook. Would love to come back in the fall and see all the beautiful leaves.

We had some very nice family time. We were unable to do anything due to my son’s emergency surgery so we spent our entire vacation without leaving the house. The house was beautiful and extremely clean (the cleanest house we’ve stayed in during any vacation). A huge plus is our entire family of 5 (plus 2 dogs) were able sit together on the couch (with no fighting from the kids 😊). The outside views were also beautiful. We enjoyed grilling out and eating on the picnic table. We especially enjoyed sitting at the picnic table during a rain storm. The kids also enjoyed the games that were provided. Would definitely stay there again!

We all very much enjoyed our 3 days here! Lots of room for our group of 11. Evening/night camp fires, the hot tub (very clean), hiking, walking the mowed path from our house to the meadow, singing, dancing, corn hole, scrabble, cooking together. The kitchen is very well equipped with most everything you might need. We were lucky to have darn near perfect weather to top off our weekend.

Brought several families together to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary and this place could not have been better. Hot tub, fire pit with seating for all, beautiful home and tons of space to play with kids.

The house for my family(8) and I was FANTASTIC. The location, furnishings and space was great! My two kids, 3 grandkids and I absolutely loved everything about the place. The spacious decks were perfect for morning coffee, grilling and watching the sunset. We were able to bring firewood from home and had evening fires. The kids roasted marshmallows and made s’mores every night. We played catch and wiffle ball in the front yard and walked and jogged the back trail. A PERFECT FAMILY VACATION SPOT!! John Garavaglia

Almost don’t want to write this review, as we want to keep this hidden gem for ourselves!
From the minute we walked into the cabin, we were blow away. The views are amazing from all angles. We loved just sitting on the porch, watching the sun rise/set, and listening to the kids and dog play in the yard. Speaking of that, the yard is huge, both front & back. We had nice trips out to Hocking Hills for some great hiking, but we always came back to the cabin early, just to come enjoy our time there. Not to mention some great hiking around the cabin as well. The cabin was very clean and had everything you could want. The owners were always in contact and provided so many little suggestions and details, felt like we had local guides helping us out. Evenings spent relaxing in the hot tub, watching our young boys and dog play and enjoy the woods, Smore’s around the fire pit, enjoying the stars. We said it to ourselves many times and say it here, probably the best VRBO we have ever been to. We will be back!

The house is great and we really enjoyed our stay. It was a nice weekend away but there are some areas that could use a little more attention to detail. The floors need a good deep clean as the bottoms of our socks/bare feet were dirty from walking around and the kitchen was lacking some essential items for cooking like measuring cup/spoons and metal grilling tools.
The size of the beds were a bit of a disappointment as they are not even queen size beds only doubles, especially for the main master bedroom, where there's plenty of room for a king size bed. Bigger beds would certainly have been much nicer and made it more comfortable for sleeping.

High Meadows was the perfect location for our annual Mother/Daughter trip to Hocking Hills! It was everyone's favorite cabin and loved the entire set-up from the cabin, to the outdoor space to the property itself. The cabin was extremely clean and well maintained with many little extra touches. Tanya was very welcoming and responsive and we stayed in touch during the stay. We all agreed we would want to come back to High Meadows next year!!

High Meadows is a wonderful house with lots of space and activities for young and old, both inside and out. Our family hiked Cantwell Cliffs (10 min), Conkles Hollow (20 min, no dogs) and Old Man’s Cave (30 min). At the cabin we enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, foosball table, corn hole, connect four, checkers, telescope, and cards. The kitchen was stocked with most everything you need, but I would recommend bringing Tupperware and baggies for food storage. Beds are comfortable and there are plenty of towels and extra blankets. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was due to the extra $20 per day/ per person charge above 8 people. I felt that policy should have been listed in the description on Vrbo. Other than that, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this cabin!

Place was great, had a few hiccups but host quickly made right. My only negative remark is the listing says accommodates 12 but for a party of 12 we had to pay additional fee per person. A bit misleading, but worth the stay.

We are so glad that this was the cabin we chose to stay at. Our family from Wisconsin, North Carolina, and Ohio met here for some family fun. This cabin had all that we needed and was well equipped for a family of 12. We had 7 adults and 5 children and there was plenty for all to do which included bonfires, board games, movies, dinners, trail walks down the mowed path, corn hole, and some trips into town for a little more fun. It only took 15-20 minutes to get to a large grocery and other activities in the hocking hills area. As I was preparing for our stay, the communication I had with the property manager was much appreciated and always prompt with the responses. Everything was very easy and and well organized. We will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay and the house is amazing. The sunset views are incredible and we loved the open yard to run, chip golf balls, fly our drone and play games. The kids especially loved the Bear Den and game room. The house came with a lot of supplies, but remember to bring your own shower toiletries, including soap.
Tanya was very easy to communicate with and very welcoming. She gave us great advice on places to eat and things to do. We tried the BBQ joint but the wait was too long so we went to the Mexican place across the street. Fair pricing and decent food, not spectacular but what we expected. Walmart and Kroger are a short drive away, but Kroger has better selection, including adult beverages. The gemstone mining at the KOA was great, we shared a giant bucket and brought home some fun goodies. Also went to see glass blowing which was great, and the pencil sharpener museum, cute but underwhelming. We hiked Old Man's Cave and Ash Cave and would have done more if it hadn't rained. Overall a wonderful house, we'd definitely stay there again. Thanks Tanya!

Everything is done with excellence from the initial booking, the property itself, and the check out process. Our family loved every minute and are grateful for our quick trip away. I usually do not write reviews however I would like others to know how family friendly this cabin is. We spent the first portion of our family vacation here and had a great time for age ranges of 8 months to 60 years old. Owners accommodating and helpful. We roasted s’mores, played games, and saw deer! Cabin has all you need for cooking and family fun! Eat inside or outside on covered deck and enjoy the hot tub. Great place overall!

The property is beautiful, spacious and private. The lodge was exactly as advertised and in very good condition. Everything was clean, working and very well appointed. There were ample towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry soap, kitchen appliances/utensils, board games, yard games, you name it.
The host was very friendly, proactive and responsive in various communications.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay -- we highly recommend this property!

The property is beautiful. The house and the grounds ...gorgeous. Kitchen had everything you needed to function. We loved the sleeping arrangements and all the gathering spaces. The porch was great as was the fire pit seating. We brought our own wood, but really liked that if you needed some it was there. We had a wonderful retreat.
