It's a great place to stay in downtown Savannah!

Beautiful place with plenty of space for our large family. Close to everything. The living room furniture needs a massive upgrade but everything was cozy.

Place was comfortable but had certain details that detracted from the place: Garage had only one parking place and was on dirty, ugly side of building. No direct entrance to loft. There was an elevator but access from garage was blocked off. Entrance to garage always had a wet puddle. These garage details certainly did not give a feeling of the luxury that was advertised. No door to bathroom in master bedroom. Everyone uncomfortable with no privacy for toilet use. Dead bugs on floor of master bedroom. Vrbo sent addition fee after our stay. We had already divided cost amongst us. I had made the reservation so was left to pay this entire additional fee. I never had this problem with Vrbo before. Brick wall king room had no place to plug in lamp. Nearest bathroom had running toilet. Cover had to be removed each time to lift floater. Lack of electrical outlets and charging ports,. Missing remote controls for TV and air unit. One of the entrance keys did not work. Front door was hard to open.

Truly a beautiful property that shows just like the photos. Some minor frustrations such as the front door being difficult to open, the garage door getting stuck closed, and some of the technology in the house being inaccessible will allow the property to grow to five stars.

We had 9 women in Savannah for 4 days. Wonderful property. Easy walking distance to great restaurants, historic areas, and river. Walked everywhere . Great time! Plenty of space and community areas. Would rent again !

She was very accommodating and knowledgeable; each request I had whether it was for information or early arrival, she went above and beyond.The Metropolitan is in the perfect location and the space itself was fantastic for our group. We were a party of 10 adults and there was plenty of room for us. The main loft area is huge- the ideal place for us all to be together- watch tv, play games and hang out. The kitchen has up to date, high end appliances all clean and in great condition. Bedrooms are all comfortable with luxury sheets, bathrooms have plenty of soft towels and the office/game room/ den areas gave us the option for privacy to get some remote work done when needed. The only other comment I’d make is in regard to the 2 bedrooms with the jack & jill bathroom between them... if traveling with kids I’d recommend that they sleep in those. It’s sort of like being in a college dorm room or at sleep away camp. Because of the way those two rooms are designed there is some visual privacy but no sound privacy at all. I chose to stay in one and had one of sons and daughter-in-law in the other. At bedtime we were all giggling when saying/whispering good night.Thank you Suzanne for bringing this property to my attention and helping me to create beautiful memories with my family for my mom’s 80th birthday celebration!

This is an incredible stay for a large group in the heart of Savannah. The home is beautifully furnished with everything and more you could ever need. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

You want to stay here! So close to everything! One of the few times I can say the pictures don’t do it justice. Beautifully decorated. Enough space for everyone to spread out and have some space when needed. Simple to communicate with property manager and the manager was very responsive. Bonus, we got to watch the St.Paddy day parade right from the loft. Stay here! You will not regret it!

This unit is in a very walkable area of Savannah with every type of shop and restaurant nearby. The decor is outstanding and it is both functional and gorgeous. It had everything we needed for 2 couples and their 4 (early-twenties) kids. We had plenty of space to spread out but also to have nice family time.

We came for a girls weekend and had a wonderful time staying in this very spacious condo near the River. The decor was high end, and the location was several blocks from the river, which enables us to walk all around downtown. I highly recommend this condo and would come back to stay in the future!

We stayed at this property for the weekend to attend a cousin’s wedding. There were 5 adults aged 65 and older, 4 adults that were 40 and over and one 9-year-old girl. The property is beautiful and accommodates 10 people comfortably. Great location in Savannah. No issues at all with the property itself, however the property management company is another story. Our party left the rental in pristine condition and met all the check-out requirements. Two weeks after we checked out, the credit card on file was charged. There was no advance notice or email sent pertaining to the charge. The contract does specify that the card on file can be charged without notice, however it would’ve been nice to have received advance notification of why we were being charged as a courtesy. I emailed the property management company to inquire about the charge. Not only were we accused of damaging a sliding door that one touched during our stay, but the email correspondence was rude and unprofessional, words in ALL CAPs/exclamation points as if she was screaming at me, as well as a very condescending tone. Not to mention the ongoing back and forth correspondence only after we inquired about the charges. Communication upon discovery of a problem, immediately after check-out, would have proven itself to be more beneficial. Especially since the property manager stated that is when she noticed the door was damaged. The charge to the card is not a deal-breaker, the issue is the accusatory emails and the response (tone) from management when details about the charge were requested. While communicating with management, we were told that “we knew what happened to the door” but we honestly did not touch the door. The door appeared to be decorative so there would have been no need to close it. We were also reminded how expensive and exclusive that the property is however the management company’s professionalism does not match in comparison. In hindsight, we should have taken the time to read some of the online reviews of the property management for the rental. Several previous renters had similar experiences with damage accusations and the level of unprofessionalism. Lesson learned. My advice to anyone renting this property, be sure to take pictures or videos when you check-out and have zero expectations from the property management company.

We stayed here for a girl's weekend and the place was incredible. I've never stayed in a property so nice! Some of the previous reviews mentioned communication issues and smelling the restaurant... we did not experience either of those issues. I'd recommend this place to anyone!

we loved staying at this lovely property. we did not enjoy finding out that the shower was broken and inoperable, on a sticky note left on the glass shower door . we were surprised that such an elegant property would not contact us prior to our check in to let us know that the shower did not work in one of the bathrooms.

We came for a girls weekend, but you can easily fit two families in here for a longer stay. Very spacious, comfy beds, soft towels, and impeccable interior design. The kitchen was ready for whatever you wanted to cook up. We easily walked everywhere. Having a garage was convenient, plus there was plenty of street parking for our other car. There were a few minor hiccups, but communication with the property manager was excellent. You can smell the restaurant below when you first walk in, but it dissipates as you walk up the stairs into the main room. We would definitely stay here again.
