As soon as we arrived at Birdie Blue Cabin, we felt a since of relaxation! The cabin is beautifully decorated, not a detail has been overlooked. The cabin is very family friendly as well as perfect for a romantic getaway. The master is downstairs, with a bathroom attached and the bed was very comfortable. 1/2 bathroom also downstairs. There are 2 rooms upstairs with a bathroom. The bunk room has lots of books, a TV and a little desk for children. In the loft is a ping pong table, games and a comfy couch. The living room is cozy and has a gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. The highlights for us were the back patio with the hot tub and outdoor fireplace. It was perfect for enjoying you morning coffee and/or cocktails in the evening! We enjoyed watching football on the outdoor TV, champagne in the Hot Tub and then s'mores after dinner!!! There are so many things to do in Blue Ridge. Although we were only there for a few days, we visited Mercier Orchards, a short drive from the cabin, perfect for cider donuts, hand pies and all the goodies in their store. We also went for an easy hike to Fall Branch Falls, about a 30-minute drive from the cabin. Downtown is approximately 10-15 minutes where there is lots of shopping, and restaurants. We ate at The Black Sheep, and it was delicious. There are many wineries around, but we chose to take a beautiful drive to The Fainting Goat winery about an hour away. Bring a picnic, taste some wine, listen to live music (Saturday & Sunday's) and enjoy the awesome view!! Can't wait to travel back to Birdie Blue Cabin soon to stay for much longer!!

We spent a girls weekend at the cabin. Had such a great time. The cabin is clean and decorated adorably. I want to go back.
